      I spoke to someone named **** and he was very nice, even called me back after my phone cut off which is amazing. I thought I would have to go through the whole process again by calling back. He was very kind and helpful. I was calling in to report my oil change for my maintenance record with my warranty.

      The associate was very clear about what we would need to do in order to maintain our warranty. It was easy to call ahead of servicing our vehicle to obtain authorization.

      **** let me know in oil needed to be concerned about oil changes. Somewhere during our original sale I was told we had to document tire rotations as well. He also advised on checks and maintenance at certain mile marks from personal experience. Going above and beyond to help us take care of the car. **** is top notch customer service

      I would give zero stars if possible. This company is a nightmare to work with. They will do anything not to pay for GAP insurance coverage. They keep asking for more documents than necessary and each time takes 5-7 days to review. They have asked for dos from insurance, from the loan company, the dealership and us. Its ridiculous. They are not here for the customer and do stand by their mission. They still have not paid the 2500.00 gap that car insurance didn't pay. Do not use this company unless you want a headache. Unfortunately the dealership signed us up for this gap when we requested to be signed up with arrowhead.
