      I definitely will not be ordering from Summit again. I ordered a fuel pump and did not receive the one that was pictured I could not use the one I received. Trued to contact them via chat kept giving them all kinds of numbers off the invoice she told me order number had more numbers than what me paperwork showed so I got nowhere with them. I'm done!

I can not use this one." Our rep responded to you, (8/13/2024 @ 6:55 PM): Hello. Our pictures are representations of the item not always the actual items. Are you returning for refund?"You replied back (8/13/2024 @ 6:56 PM): "Well that is very misleading I have something I can't use. Guess I will never order from you again!" At that point, our representative then offered an amicable resolution to the problem for you to which you replied (8/13/2024 @ 7:48 PM): "Ok I'm sorry thank you very much. Just having a bad day shouldn't take it out on you! Please forgive me!" Our rep responded to you (8/13/2024 @ 7:50 PM): "You're welcome. It's ok, you're fine! Hope you have a better evening."If this is in regard to another interaction under a different email address or information, please let us know, as we take the quality of our customer service seriously and would like to address it accordingly.

      *********************** never deal with Summit racing because your whole company is a joke. They dont warranty parts. They are liars and all I want. It was a new fuel pump. What I paid for that was limited lifetime warranty, and it had extended cranking from the beginning and they wouldnt when I called him, so I live with it finally gave out and I called him back and told one. I have limited lifetime warranty and they told me they didnt wanna deal with me no more because I took too many parts back that were new that were bad from when I bought them , thats not my fault. Your custard s*** like they did me never deal with this piece of s*** company cause youre looking for trouble. I give them zero stars. Theyre the worst company I ever dealt with in my entire life. This whole company all go broke the way they treat their customers , I got to say never deal with them. They dont make good on their parts and they liked their customers. They have a lot of bad reviews in there so I cant be wrong. All the people cant be wrong.

      I called quadratec 6 times to order a part for my jeep and had the part #. There was no answer on hold every time. I found the same parts on Summit 1200 dollars. They answered the phone first time. Answered the questions I had, the ones they couldn't gave me the direct # to softtop. I ordered the parts from them there in 3 days the second item wasn't divlered in the same order, called again picked up on he first time to answer questions about my delivery. Thank you Summit.

      I'm at least Glad that in not the only person with a problem with the Summit racing team and their garbage customer service as well as dumb and ostentatious ways to LIE and DEMORALIZE their "customers"..... They say "We support our customers and their hobby. COMMUNITY We are good neighbors. CORE VALUES At Summit Racing, people come first." Which is the biggest load of immoral s*** I've heard... had Boon tell me that the Part COMPATIBILITY will work in a towing application if cam, lifters and springs. within 36 miles had a flat cam, the cam is $157, and the springs and lifers are $100 each Ish and for **** to tell me I installed them incorrectly WITH NON-ADJUSTABLE ROCKER ARMS as well as Boon saying i do not need push rods due to being a mild cam and used in a FACTORY BORE APPLICATION.... now... we get to ISACK *****.... I have 15years of experience in engine and transmission rebuilds and modifications. I have a machine shop to fly cut heads and do a triple grind valve job, my father's father and my father have been in this for a collective of 94 years. How dare you tell me that if I have questions with A COMPATABILITY I shouldn't be installing this. I hope the three of you have a short-lived time at summit. Summit, it's sad to see and read all the scathing reviews AGAINST you...It's a no wonder this Hobby and Lifestyle is going away due to and with the failure of a (use to be good) company.... The cast iron big blocks and small blocks will reluctantly end with this upcoming generation with the GARBAGE service, experience, information and lack of care for the Hobbyist and the professionals...... Unreal summit...... YOU ARE NOT AFFORDED THE OPPORTUNITY TO REPSOND TO MY POST SINCE YOU LIKE RESPONDING WITH THAT GUISE. If you wanted to counter my review should have started with the employees and initiating your core values. For a multi-million-dollar organization wouldn't you believe helping a return customer would be better than a miserly $364.97? Cheers2Speedway

We reached out to you to try to reach an amicable resolution, but you stated that chose to go a different direction at this point. Since your application uses a non-adjustable valvetrain, lifter preload should have been measured to assure the stock pushrods were the correct length. There are many variables when installing and changing valvetrain parts and upon initial start up, but that we were open to providing a return and replacement.

      I placed an order for an item that showed in stock on the Summit website. To ensure the order was received, I called Summit and was informed that the item would ship from the manufacturer as Summit had no stock. I then personally contacted the manufacturer and learned that only two units were left.Concerned about the low stock, I called Summit back to expedite my order, and they confirmed it would be processed the same day. However, days went by without receiving a tracking number. When I called and chatted with Summit, they could not provide an update. Upon contacting the manufacturer again, I discovered that Summit had not placed the order.Summit claimed they had placed the order and were waiting for tracking. They also incorrectly stated that the manufacturer could not confirm orders without Summit's internal purchase order. Three days later, I received a cancellation email from Summit.This experience was a complete waste of time. I placed the order directly with the manufacturer and promptly received a tracking number. Summit's customer service is a joke.

Our records show your order was placed on 6/17/24 via our website, which did correctly advertise that this item is dropshipped directly from our supplier to you. We believe the confusion here, was you were speaking with the actual manufacturer, while our supplier on this item is through another third-party vendor. The estimated delivery dates shown web site are provided directly from our supplier. These are estimated dates as stated on our website that you used to place your order. Our purchasing staff did send the order to our supplier on 6/17/24, the same day that you placed the order. Our supplier unfortunately informed us on 6/24/24, that they discontinued this item, and it was no longer available for us to order through them. As such, your order was automatically cancelled, and your refund was issued the same day. Our records show that we also confirmed this with you via email that day as well. We appreciate your feedback and discussing this matter with us. We will review the verbiage used on our website and emails to see if we can better clarify when an order is shipping from the actual manufacturer versus a supplier. We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused to you or your recent project.

      I order 2 hoodies drag slicks they were cheap and unsafe. They are holding my refund money and making interest off of my money, it's a gimmick that is illegal they hold your refund money 7-10 days and lie to you and tell you it's been refunded. The BBB needs to make them refund the interest to the customers it's their money not *********************** money.*******************************, Al

We apologize for any confusion you may have had as to the tires you ordered or our refund process. Our records show you contacted us and that you claimed the tires were "out of spec" in regard to the width. You ordered part number HOO-*****, which are correctly advertised on our website as fitting wheels widths of 8-10 inches. The width of the rim will affect the section width of the tire. Using a wider rim will produce a wider tire. Using a more narrow rim will produce a more narrow tire.Regarding your refund, our records show the tires returned to us on 6/17/24, the return was processed and credit created on 6/18/24, and the refund was issued back to the original form payment on 6/19/24. This was well within the 7-10 day period we explicitly state on our website (************************************************************************************************) and as the representative you were communicating with explained to you. We have no control over how long your credit card company or financial institution may take to process the refund on their end before the funds post back to the account. We find that most typically average 3-5 business days. We apologize again for any confusion regarding these matters.

      NEVER will I use Summit again. 50 years of 2 different families histories, so 100 years combined of us using Summit, GONE.You guys charged me for orders I did not authorize in the slimiest way possible and then offered lies to get me off the phone. Never once offered to rectify the situation or apologies....

      Was referred to Summit Racing to try to come up with a solution from an Arrowcraft dually kit ( what a mess lookin for a certain 5/8s lugnut ) Anyways, after have encountering an extremely rude customer service rep at Arrowcraft we called Summit.. by this point we were feelin pretty ****** off.. ****** was the gentleman that unfortunately got our call. He sat and listened patiently, was empathetic and bless his heart he searched and searched for what we needed ( and we could not find on internet and got no where with manufacturers) .. summit didnt have what we needed but he sat and discussed and weighed options with us giving us a number of one of their suppliers.. he totally de-escalated a situation that was no fault of summit or himself .. bless competent customer service/sales employees! Businesses please be aware that these employees can make or break your businesses.. I hope this lands in Ramones managers in box.. hes an absolute gem, EXACTLY what a sales rep/customer service professional should be. Thank you for your patience and desire to help ******!!

      I have had nothing but great experiences with Summit Racing. On my most recent purchase, this site had a bunch of options to choose from. One of the only places I could find the *********** center hubs. Price was reasonable and shipping was fast and well packaged. There was a slight manufacturers defect in one of the hubs, and Summit answered my email in record time and backed their manufacturer's (Fuel's) part. They sent me emails and updates on the replacement got me the part faster than I expected. Their support seems to be unmatched in my experience in the auto and aftermarket parts world; and they have a ton of options on their site. Great website, great parts options, great pricing, phenomenal service. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

      Summit Racing is a phenomenal, customer oriented company. It is clear that they want to maintain relationships with their customers and will even take occasional financial losses to do so. I have spent well over $3000 on car parts (Over 25 different part numbers) and each transaction was a positive experience. The Summit branded products are often defective, but I always get replacements expedited at no cost to me so my build stays on schedule. They have even shipped me the correct part once at no cost when I was at fault for ordering the wrong product. I will be a loyal customer to Summit Racing for years to come.
