      While looking around shopping for Rims and Tires for my Jeep. Summit was offering up to $150 of Summit bucks with a New Summit Racing Card. Don't fall for this Scam, I followed it and opened a New Summit Card for this reason for a future purchase and Summitted my qualifying receipt for a $1200 purchase. months gone by with no Summit bucks. When called Summit to inquire about this, Summit told me it was 3rd party offer with Synchrony. When called Synchrony was told all was being processed. Been 1-1/2 yrs. never received any Summit Bucks? Told submission was closed with no additional information. Summit Racing shouldn't make offers they can't back up! Ript Off!!!

We apologize for any possible confusion as to any special offers or promotions. We have never offered any Summit Bucks for opening a Speedcard account. Occasionally we do offer a percentage off in the form of a statement credit when using a Summit Speedcard for qualifying purchases. The terms for such offers are as follows: New card holders who open a new account will be eligible to receive a 15% statement credit, up to $150, with qualified purchases in the specified time period. Existing card holders will be eligible to receive a 15% statement credit, up to $150, with qualified purchases in the specified time period.In order to earn their statement credits for any such offers, customers are required to do the following: Before or after they make their purchase in the corresponding date range of the offer, they will be required to register their purchase by either visiting synchronycarcare.sendmyrewards.com or by calling ************** no later than the final day of the offer. Statement credits will be offered on any single-receipt purchase made on-line, in the retail store or over the phone.

      I never ordered from this website. I looked at their catalog and I needed a power steering pump. The power steering pump they had was on clearance and was significantly priced lower then other online stores. I ordered the pump. I received the pump and fortunately I noticed right away that it did not match my pump. The pump's high pressure line fitting was on the other side of the pump. I did not even open the plastic bag that contained the pump and started the return process. I returned the pump and did not receive the total amount I spent on the item. It was not my fault they sent me a pump that did not even match the picture on their website and was not for my car. I don't know what their policy is, but if they made the mistake they should refund the total price the customer spent on the item.

This is a vehicle specific pump which is listed by the applications it is designed to fit on our website. You initiated a return via our website for this item and sent it back to us using our prepaid return label for a refund without contacting us. The item arrived back to us on 11-8-23. After the return was processed on 11-10-23, we issued a refund for the full amount of the item and any applicable sales tax, which came to a total of $56.29. Since your original order total was less than $109, you were also billed an $11.99 handling fee. As advertised on our website here: ************************************************************************************************, this is a non-refundable fee. As a courtesy, we will go ahead and refund this as well to you. Please allow 3-5 business days for this refund to be processed and posted back to your account. In the future, if you ever have any questions or concerns regarding a return or refund amount, we urge you to contact our service staff.

      Nope. Never again . 3 weeks and they've still not refunded my brake caliper cores. 7 to 10 buisiness days I was told. Reached out 3 time and finally lit a fire under someone's rear end. Received a text telling me the core refund already past due to me will be another 3 to 5 days . Unacceptable, I will no longer do business with them.

Our records show that you used our website to create a UPS return label for the cores to return to us on 10-3-23. They were returned to us on 10-13-23. Returns are processed in the order they are received and depending on the volume it can take several days. As shown on our website here, ********************************************************************, core returns or warranty returns can take 10 days or more to be processed depending on the situation, pending inspection and approval. We issued your core refund on 10-31-23 and also waived the normal return shipping fees on the cores. Refunds typically can take 3-5 business days to be processed by the bank or credit card company before the funds post back to the account.       I ordered a thermostat RIP-1215-180DEG through summit on 9-18-22. That said part failed on 11-1-23. I called summit same day the part failed. I know it says 1 year warranty but figured I see since I paid 62.06 for the part shipping and tax. The lady was rude and stated it was not their part and nothing could be done. I tried explaining I could go local for the part for 15.00 but it’s the 203 degrees. She said well if you go else where for part just know it’s 90 day warranty which isn’t true. SO SUMMIT HAS NO CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER. ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY TO THEM. I called ripp the manufacturer of the part and they was amazing within a 5 min phone call 2 emails so total 30 minutes I have new part coming because Ripp warranty it. I’ll use ripp for all future needs.

After reviewing the call, the representative apologized and explained that the manufacturer's warranty on that item is actually one year from the original date of purchase, which had past at this point. Unfortunately, we have no control over manufacturers warranties and the length of time they choose to honor them. We are sorry if anything during your interaction with our representative was perceived as being "rude".

      If negative stars we're available I ordered a kit by sealed power this was a engine rebuild kit no ,oil pump,head bolts, pistons were press fit after clearly multiple times stating I needed pistons for the 2013 then the shipping department delayed my order being shipped then called me the next day I should have cancelled it then but didn't anyway the delay caused me to have to skip this job and do another once I got back to summits complete drop of the ball Pistons wrong Bearings wrong Parts floating around in the main box pistons floating around Out of the 8-9 things 2 were right Sent the whole kit back waited a week for my refund and then called they thought I might want exchange ?????? y'all are dreaming I will never buy anything ever give me my money back quit ****ing people around. Tomorrow 11-1 will be 2 weeks I've already bought the parts I needed from someone else 200 cheaper northern auto and ever piece was correct

Our verifications department is in place to protect both us a company, and our customers against fraudulent purchases. You spoke with them on 8-24-23 and verified the required info, the order was released for shipment, and shipped out to you that day. You did not contact us again until 10-17-23, when you spoke to one of our service representatives and stated that parts were loose in the box and you wanted to return all but one item from the order to us for a refund. The representative then assisted you by issuing prepaid return labels to send the items in question back for a refund. The items were returned to us on 10-24-23 and a refund was issued on 10-27-23. Refunds typically can take 3-5 business days to be processed by the bank or credit card company before the funds post back to the account.       I ordered a brake rotor kit for my 2019 chevy silverado 2500 hd. They shipped everything but one rotor out. Sent me an email after they shipped that the last rotor is on back order . I called and eas asked what i wanted them to do about it i said i need the rotor asap the truck was due for inspection they couldn't do anything so i canceled. Now they are not returning my money very quickly they have had their parts back for over a week and no refund. Very bad Company to deal with!

Unfortunately, one of the rotors in that kit, PWR-AR-82153XR was on backorder at the time you placed your order. This information was displayed on our website and at the checkout page prior to completing your order. You called us on 10-6-23 and requested the backordered rotor be cancelled, which it was, and a refund was issued for that part of the kit that day. We also sent prepaid UPS return labels for you to return the rest of the items from the kit to us for a refund at your request. The items returned to us on 10-23-23 and the remaining refunds were issued on 10-25-23. Refunds typically can take 3-5 business days to be processed by the bank or credit company before the funds post back to the account.       summit racing continues to use cut rate shipping services that then foul the delivery. lasership is one of their go to shippers to lose packages. i am tired of this. if they cant use a reliable shipper then i will have to find another parts supplier. Summit will be required to fix this or i will report it to my credit card as taking of funds and not delivering goods, but the problem is they created the problem in the first place. i will spend a couple hours sorting this out and then have to wait even more time for the parts that are required. To summit racing: fixing this order is not correcting the problem. that is expected. i paid for the parts and have not received them. the problem is your choice of delivery services. i have entered a BBB complaint on the shipper as well as there are two different problems. they cant deliver packages and summit needs to stop using them.

Our records show you placed your order ******* on 10-5-23. This was shipped out the same day via Lasership. According to their tracking, it was delivered on 10-6-23. You contacted us via email on 10-7-23 stating that it was not delivered to the correct house. The representative you were emailing with, apologized, explained that we were filing a shipping claim with Lasership, and that we would be shipping a replacement order (*******) to you at no charge. The representative also mentioned that we would be updating your shipping preferences. In accordance with that, we have already marked your customer profile for UPS preference whenever possible. We use multiple shipping carriers due to the high volume of packages we ship from four different warehouses. If the UPS trailer has already picked up from us for the day, or there is an issue with a particular carrier, all remaining shipments default to other carriers in order to meet our same day shipping obligation. We also can't control who our vendors use to ship on drop ship orders. Please keep in mind that Summit Racing also pays for the shipping on all non-oversized shipments for order $100 or more. Almost all of your orders were over that dollar threshold, so you are not being charged. We will continue to attempt to ship the majority of your orders via UPS, there is a possibility that a random package could go another shipping method. That is the same for any of our customer's. We apologize for any inconvenience, this may have caused you, or your project.

      Horrible Customer Service By Summit Racing!! I have purchased three of the K&N Blackhawk Cold Air Intake system from Summit Racing. When I called Summit Racing about the tube having a manufactures defect, I was told that I didn't know what I was doing, He then put me on hold, to come back and tell me that the air flow sensor can be installed upside down. I explained that it can't be upside down and that the flange was welded upside down, and that I need a replacement. NOPE! That is what I was told. Call K&N and they will explain to you that that it can be upside down... I called K&N 3 days later (I'm busy), the K&N representative instantly knew what I was talking about, asked if I had the K&N box that was delivered, I said yes, he asked for me to read him some of the manufactures details from that box, and he said, we will send you a replacement tube, should arrive in 7-10 days... No worries about the shipping time, I appreciate the quality customer service and respectful manner in which this representative handled the situation. Summit Racing will sell you the same thing that you can purchase elsewhere, and will not help you past that point. They take your money, send you whatever, and then you are on your own from there... I will not buy from them again.

In reviewing your call with this representative, it appears there was some confusion on our representatives end as to how the item was manufactured incorrectly. We apologize for this miscommunication. We are having our quality assurance staff review this item with the manufacturer and any affected inventory we have will be sent back to them upon inspection. We have since reviewed this incident with the representative involved and are using this as a coaching tool in order to prevent instances like this from happening in the future.

      Summit racing Sent me a damaged part, refused to replace it or refund me. Customer setvice is rude. Then they ask me to review their product I gave them a negative review so they sent me a email stating they would not post my review cause it may cause people not to buy from them.

Our records show you placed your order ******* for a fender, part number, SHI-701-31L via our website on 9-12-23. You contacted our Service staff on 9-18-23 stating fitment issues with the fender and that you painted it prior to checking fitment. You then mentioned that there was a ding in it upon delivery but did not call regarding that until you already painted/modified the part. Unfortunately, as stated in our policies and as our representative explained, we do not accept returns on used or modified items.
