This business did not return to remove the concrete frames around the walkway for several months. I had to hire another contractor to remove the frames. The other contractor ******** ******** came out and removed the frames and added soil to the needed area at a cost of $475.00.

On August 25 2023, I signed a contract for a concrete pad with footers. I was asked for half of the agreed money for the job up front to cover expenses for the job. The amount on the contract was $3950, and I wrote a check for $2000. He said the job would take a few days. This is November 7, 2023 and the job is still not done. All that was done was digging four trenches in my backyard. I have repeatedly tried to call and text to find out what the problem is but get no response. This has caused significant losses because I have not been able to build a shed to contain my belongings in so I can sell my house and clear probate. It is next to impossible to find a new contractor this time of the year to finish the project. The stress is now causing health issues. I want a refund so I can try to get something done by a professional. There is no excuse for not communicating with me and just abandoning the job.
