    My home warranty referred me to this company. Less than one month ago he came out to fix my air conditioner knowing that someone in this house had COPD. I reached out to him and he read my messages but did not respond. It is 86 degrees in here. I would like him to respond and repair my air conditioner.

    I was sent out by First American Home warranty when i arrived at the  property the unit was low on refrigerant i added refrigerant and explained to the home owner to contact me if they have any problems or issues with the cooling system approximately three and a half weeks later i received a text from someone saying my a/c isn't working no name no address nothing on sunday which is my only day off literally the only time i have to catch up on work orders , cleaning ,laundry ,and spending time with my kiddos as single father im trying to build my company as i am the only worker for my company it gets pretty frustrating sometimes trying to please everybody because i looked at the text i didn't respond right away there was a ****** review done discrediting me and my company and now this  i try to treat every customer i run into like ********************** hinse the business name  i returned yesterday 6/27/25 found that the system was again low on refrigerant as it was super hot in the home the young lady that was there i decided to refill the unit to offer some comfort to the occupants until i return because there's an obvious leak in the system leak searches takes time and my result in home warranty replacing the system as i am super busy and may not be able to do a replacement for at least a couple of weeks upon return i did notice some other things wrong with the system as well i notated and will address after conferring with home warranty . i did again reiterate with the occupant of the home at the time of my visit if at some point the unit does stop cooling to send me a text with a name and address because i see a lot of different people and addresses so i cant just guess whos talking to me   what i have noticed in this field that people don't care about being a single father or the person working for your company they just want to be cool and i get it but is still treat people like family i just think this could've been handled a lot differently instead of tearing a man down
