Erie Homes did an excellent job with my basement waterproofing solution. ******* was the lead during the project and was very professional, kept me informed along the way about the different phases of the project, and ensured my satisfaction. ***** also came in after the work was done, doing an inspection and making sure everything was in tip-top shape with me. He was great too! I highly recommend the work from Erie Homes!

ERIE HOME was the best presentation out of the 5 others we saw. They were very professional from start to finish, always there to answer any of my questions when needed. As stated they cleaned up thoroughly and quickly after the job was done. The roof looks awesome. Thanks guys.Erie Home

***** came out on a Saturday and checked out our roof and walked us through everything. He was well knowledged and we felt confident in the choice we made. When the crew came to install the roof they were quick and efficient. It was a 2 day job and they cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. Overall it was a good experience and our roof looks great!Erie Home

From the time that I called them for the free estimate to the time that the installers were, there was literally within a week. The guys that came in for the estimate pointed out a lot of places that needed attention. They all seemed really knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend Erie home roofing. The day of installation the installers were there bright and early and within about five hours, they were done and gone. Cleanup was done very satisfactory. I got the fiberglass roofing and it doesnt even look like its not an asphalt shingle.Erie Home

We were told that this is a premier product with a premier service. If their service is the same type of premier as their product then it is all garbage.The crew started the day by trying to do an over shingle. I attempted to stop them but none of them spoke English. No trustworthy roofer does over shingles. I would almost think that they wanted to get away with it because it is easier and cheaper. The lead showed up later and I had him give me his phone number in case anything else came up. Later in the day I had a question and as it turns out, the lead left my house and updated his phone and number. WHY ON GOD'S GREEN EARTH would he give me a number that he knew he was going to shut off? My neighbor had nails on his driveway and had to yell at the professional crew to get them to clean them off. During the day my wife noticed that there were two children sitting in the work truck all day long in the sun. They wanted me to sign a completion document. I looked at the roof and the drip edge corners were a disaster and wide open. The edge of the roofline by the gutters moves up and down like waves on the ocean and the gutter guards were not installed. The installation manager came in the next couple of days and said he would fix the drip edge and install the gutter guards. The wavy roofline was more than likely unfixable, and he blamed it on my house. My guess is that it is unfixable because it would require too much work. Why do I have to be the quality control inspector for a premium installation? They should see the problems before I do. There are no pictures of our bare roof showing the condition of the roof boards. That would be forgivable if I had any confidence that the crew that installed the roof noticed any problems and fixed them.I can only hope I do not have to rely on a questionable warranty and the possibility of more unqualified people fixing a problem with my roof. I paid for a premier service that I did not get.Erie Home
