    I am floored with the service I received today when calling the ****** office. The man was very rude and accused me of causing his carrier to quit. I called to inquire about a request placed for door home delivery for my mom and was immediately told I was the reason for the carrier quitting due to my request to have the paper delivered to the door for my mom who was in the hospital and is unable to walk currently because of the carrier herself is disabled. The man continued to argue with me and blame me for his problem with the carrier. Do not hire carriers that cannot do their job as they need and do not have people in your customer service answering calls from customers that promise something can be done and it doesn't get followed through for whatever reason. My mother has received the paper for many years, 30+ and the service was great. Whatever has changed in the last several years needs immediately looked into. The current staff is ridiculous, and I will be canceling my mom's delivery, and I will no longer have her be a customer of a company that treats their customers in the manner I was treated today!

    Terrible. Cant get a paper delivered or anyone to care that its not being delivered.
