    In December 2023 I hired ***** to diagnose and repair a faulty 50 amp circuit breaker. He did that and also installed a ******************************************** my kitchen. He also recased a bathroom window. All these repairs where done to my satisfaction. The next repair was to replace a 30 year old water heater. Due to having a new furnace installed the water heater needed to be moved to a new location inside the house. I sent ***** $4300 through Venmo and Cashapp for the repairs. Something happened and after 3 ********************* had still not stared the repair. I hired another company and the repair was done in 2 days. Since then I have made numerous calls and sent numerous texts to try to recover my $4300 with no luck. ***** does business as MVP Services llc. Please be very careful doing business with this man. As for me it looks like I'm headed to court with *****

    Im a little late posting this. All I can say is. ***** has done work for me and my partner for at least 20 plus years. Hes always been very professional. And very knowledgable! Wow! Thats why hes earned my business for all these years. Hes definitely a guy you can trust! The reason Im writing this review is. I wasnt aware that he did HV** repairs. I was talking to him about a problem that I was having. And he said that hed gladly take a look at it, and see what he could do, free of charge. With that said, I did tell him that Ive had 2 other companies out to look at the ** unit issue. And both companies said that the same thing. It needed to be replaced. There was absolutely no way to repair it. So, ***** went out and took a look at my ** unit. I get a call from him a couple hours later. He says to me, youre all fixed up! And you wont have anymore problems. I said to him, youre kidding?! He said no Sir, I found a burned up wire that was shorting out on the compressor. I repaired it correctly with high temp wire and shrink tube. And it is as good as gold! I was absolutely blown away! Because he knew going into this, I was looking at a minimum of $3,500.00 to replace it. He knew I would have given him the job also. All I can say is, what a heck of a guy that you can truly trust! I will ALWAYS recommend Maumee Valley Property Services to my Family and Friends! If you truly want the best, call Him!
