    This company needs to be held accountable for damages. It caused to their customers clients vehicles along with property. They act very careless when driving when they’re on customers property cutting the grass. They tend to hit vehicles with weed eaters, and zero terms so grass inside peoples apartments damage vehicles with multiple rock chips and weed eater marks on cars and then when confronted about it, they just give you the runaround if you’ve had an issue with this company please contact somebody in your local department. The most recent incident was at target where they were cutting grass so if you recently shop there, please check your vehicle in detail for any stray marks that could’ve been caused by weedeater or rock chips that are not on the front of your vehicle because those typically tend to happen just from highway use But you could verify let target employee know along with your local department. Hopefully, we can all band together and get a large company to be held accountable for the careless actions.

    This incident was brought to our attention a few days after the time recorded stated.  We don't know for sure if this was done before or after the crew was on site that day.  Our crew claims they did not do the damage to the car.  

    GroundsPRO is working to get clarification on the damages and investigated the issues were this location happened.  I have a meeting set up with this customer to review all damages and situation were this was located.  Also the customer is getting estimates for the damaged claimed.  If GroundsPRO is fault we will be repair the damages.

    We live in ********* ***** in ***** *** ******** ******. Our management company for our subdivision is ********* Property Management in **** ******** ********. ********* contracts GroundsPro to cut the grass for the residents of ********* *****. At the beginning of June 2022 when GroundsPro was cutting the grass at our home something flew from the lawnmower and hit our house to cause our vinyl siding to break into pieces. We have been in contact with both ********* Management & GroundsPro about replacing the vinyl siding that has been damage. I even spoke with Patrick the manager with GroundsPro at the on Oct. 12th which reassured me that they were aware of the damage and that it would be taken care of by the end of October. As of November 1st 2022 the damage has not been fixed nor have they tried to reach out to us. It does not take four months to replace some vinyl siding.
