      I cant say enough good about the job Rich did. He remodeled my bathroom. Change tub to shower. Kept me informed of everything he did. We ran into a water shut off issue but he fixed it. Very personable & respectful of property. Kept the cost down as much as he could. If I had to grade him ( being a former teacher) I would give him A+. Did all I asked & explained things well. Thanks Rich. *************************

      I contracted with Verdin Construction to do the drywall in my breezeway area between my house and garage. He was timely and very affordable compared to other quotes I received. An issue arose that prevented him from being able to complete the task hired for in the time frame he provided, but he KEPT in contact explaining the issue and kept me posted of his status and the time frame he would be able to do.
      He did amazing job and cleaned up after completing the job. He also stated to contact if came across any issues and he would be out to correct.
