Last night about 8 o’clock our air conditioner quit working. At 9:30 I called the 24 hour line for CARE and left a message. They called me back right away. The technician was out by 8 o’clock the next morning and fixed the problem within a half an hour. It was less than 12 hours from me calling to having the problem fixed.CARE Heating & Cooling, Inc.

I can not say enough good things about this company. From installer to management they were honest with me about my system and thoughtful about how to approach the necessary repairs. To a person they went above and beyond what I expected and have earned a loyal customer for any future cooling or heating needs.CARE Heating & Cooling, Inc.

James W*** arrived as stated. Listened carefully to the 3 items I had to share about my conked out A/C unit. It was 85 degrees in my home at 11 am. James got right to work, fixed a loose wire in the compressor. No charge!!!! I’ve been with Care sine they opened, their CARE Plan will pay for itself many times over. Ciera from Care Heating & Cooling performed the semi-annual on my air conditioning system today. She called ahead to inform me that she was on the way and arrived soon after. She was polite, wore shoe protectors while here, and completed the maintenance in a timely and fastidious fashion. I have been a satisfied Care H&C customer for 3 years and heartily recommend them!CARE Heating & Cooling, Inc.

Twice a year we have Care Heating and Cooling conduct an inspection of our equipment. The latest inspection was conducted professionally and thoroughly. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous. We have used this company for 14 years without an issue.CARE Heating & Cooling, Inc.

Excellent service. Shane was very thorough and courteous.
Checked vents and return to make sure system was most efficient

We have used Care Heating & Cooling before but when we called going into a holiday weekend, we were pleasantly surprised when we were able to retain them the next day, which was Saturday. They showed up on time and fixed our AC quickly and efficiently. The technician was very informative and helpful. As a result, we signed up for the Care Plan to keep our preventive service current.CARE Heating & Cooling, Inc.
