  We had hail damage to our home and ended up with new siding, a new roof, new gutters/down spouts and facia replacement. 123 Exteriors and specifically the project manager, Austin, did a fantastic job.
  Austin helped with everything from the start to finish. He made himself accessible for questions and was very knowledgeable. We made the right choice in the company to handle our repairs.

  Universal Roofing made our re-roofing experience as non-stressful as possible. The gentleman we worked with (*******************) was very knowledgeable and complete in his explaining exactly what we needed, along with taking care of setting up all work. The workers were not only efficient and thorough from installation to clean-up, but also polite and cheerful.

  Due to hail damage we were required to replace our roof to complete the sale of our home. ************************* and Universal Roofing did a great job for us. Our initial insurance claim was denied. Thankfully he was present when the initial insurance adjuster took incomplete photos. He went above and beyond to assist with our insurance claim. ****** photos from two different inspections where the photos Allstate ultimately used to accept our claim. He also worked with the crew on our installation date to ensure a timely real estate transaction. He is the best- you are lucky to have such a great employee.

  I was apprehensive to talk with someone "off the street" about such a huge job. David H**** came by with a flyer and followed up a few days later. He remembered to talking to my son and the details of said conversation. I told him that there was no way I could afford a new roof and new siding and he asked if I had considered going through my insurance company. He assured me that if he found damage that HE would deal with the insurance company, all I had to do was get them on the phone....and that is ALL I had to do!!! David H**** did all the other work. He was an absolute delight to work with. I picked out the colors, he did the scheduling and I have a house that looks new and all my neighbors are now looking into going through 123 Exteriors with David Himes as well. I have been blown away by the customer service.

  Universal was a wonderful company to work with! ***** came out immediately and was always quickly responsive whenever I had questions or reached out about the insurance claim we had on our roof. They did a seem less job on a complicated roof and exterior siding area of our home which was not done properly by another company the first time. I would highly recommend Universal and their crew for any roofing or exterior work you need. The professionalism and quality was top notch!

  Excellent service. ***** E the sales rep is very knowledgeable on all aspects of roofing and gutter issues. Crew supervisors communicate clearly and are hands-on with the project. I like supporting family owned local businesses.

  *********************** with Universal roofing was our estimator to replace and repair some roofing shingles, siding and trim boards on the exterior of our home. He was always very polite, thorough and quick to reply to any questions and concerns we had. It is the second time we used Universal and would not hesitate to use them again.

  Universal Roofing has always done an excellent job with our primary home and Lakehouse needs.They are a preferred vendor for our **************** due to their skill and level of quality work.I would highly recommend Universal Roofing to anyone with roof damage!
