      ***** was great to work with! He made the entire process quick, and painless. I would highly recommend, and use ***** and 123 Exteriors again for future projects!

      ****** Chippy was a great representative. He met with our adjuster and spent time answering my question. We had nothing to worry bout. They were done in 7 hours and it looks great. Doing our siding tomorrow.

      We received a 2-page letter in the mail from this company soon after the tornados came through the area Aug 2024. The top letter was a "Hail Impact Assessment." It listed our personal information and address in the header so was very personalized. The header on the first page noted "Potential Storm Damage." In this section there was font that appeared hand written that said, "Unable to verify storm impact from street view, will require a full inspection to see if damage is similar to neighbor." There was no damage in our area specifically to any roofs and this letter is really a scam. This letter was made to look like action was required and, if this letter had gone to someone who may be less wary, it could easily be interpreted as real. This company should be penalized for such behavior. Shameful and predatory.

      123 exteriors were awesome! They produced the proof of ************ damage to our ins adjuster. They stayed in constant contact with us throughout the process. They were honest & concerned about our satisfaction. The work crew was respectful and focused on the job. They discovered other damage in different areas around & under the old roof They only took a short work break, despite the extreme heat for 2 days. We are 11 out of 10 satisfied with the results!! There was a small problem with the siding not meeting the roofing (which was not their fault) but they resolved the issue in no time!! Would recommend 123 exteriors for any exterior services!!

      Courtesy and professional through out the process. Top quality materials used and the roofing crew surely knew what they were doing. Above and beyond on their attention to details.

      Aspen was extremely easy to work with. They helped with the adjuster inspection and advocated on behalf with the insurance company. The roof crew was hard working, friendly and had a genuine concern for our property. The roof replacement looks great and done well. Gutter replacement with gutter guard was also well done. I would rate Aspen as a company you can count to do an excellent job from start to finish. Definitely 5 stars out of 5 stars!!!!!

      Our roof and siding was replaced this summer and everything went smoothly and was done in a timely manner and all work was done as contract stated. Very happy with workers and especially the project manager

      Worked with 123 Exteriors for roof and glitter needs. **** was the representative, he was excellent with process, always available to address, questions and concerns. 123 Exterior is lucky to have someone like **** representing them.
