      There is something wrong in this TA pump 10 because my truck never had filled from more than 120gallons even my fuel tank is empty but this time I had half tank field how this possible this pump put 160 gallons . This time pump put 70 gallons more in actual . This happen with me two times on same TA in *** ****** ** .I can send my log book report to prove this .

      The site had the pump #10 professionally calibrated by IDECO at  12:30 pm on 03/23/23 and the results was the pump was measuring perfect. It had no issues. Mr. ***** was called and a message was left telling him of the results.

      I would like to start by saying I would have never imagined In the years I’ve been in this industry that i would be robbed out of my honest work. The mechanic at TA services **** ********* ** **** **** *** ***** ****** ******* are a bunch of unprofessional thieves that have made this trip a stressful & draining moment for me. I’m warm out trying to get the mechanic to do their jobs correctly. They overcharged me just to end up with the truck breaking down again in *********** with no help until tomorrow morning after 2 days wasted in ****** *******.d. The truck went for a simple fix but ended up getting unprofessional work done now the truck won’t move due to the air compressor not being installed properly. The carelessness from your mechanics has cost me major expenses. Not only did they not install the part correctly, the labor doner ruined 2 of my tires and blew up parts connected to the compressor. Also the driver could have been in an accident driving on the highway with the way it exploded. Calling 501-945-3206 Josi was a horrible experience. Every time I called they would find a way to blame me for their stupidity and no knowledge of what they were doing as employees of TA. their narcissistic ways makes me believe they did all of this on purpose because i would call them to help me out with road service but quoted that " The breakdown is your problem we won't cover the damages you have to pay out of pocket" as if i didn't just pay them almost $3,00.00 for them to fix my truck not cost a break down. I would like to see in what way I could be compensated for the damages done to my truck and my business. I've lost a lot of money due to the lack of knowledge from the employees at the TA North ****** *******.

      TA services is horrible with customer services i'm still waiting on the manager to call me , I plan on filling a fraud complaint with the consumer department. I been stuck in *********** at TA shop for almost 5 days since 3/10 that the air compressor blew up until today. Ive lost so much money due to their lack of professionalism in handling the mess they caused from installing the part to diagnosing my truck. They even force me to pay towing out of pocket. They have fake propaganda on their website they make them self seem like they are very professional. On their website it describe nothing but good customer services but what i've experienced from them i wouldn't wish it on my worse enemy. TA stripped me out of my customer service rights. Im at a total loss with TA Services its generated nothing but expenses that i want reimbursement for. The truck is still on their shop waiting to be fixed. They fixed nothing and have cost me everything.

      unauthorized towing off their property.(Truck@trailer) Try to pay an bill/invoice with Petro travel in 2021@2022.
      The manager isn't never there with the key to unlock the kingpin lock. Have an payment ready to pay Petro ,then
      the payment when missing or stoling out my truck. Spoke with the tow Company and they want $2,000 for the tow from Petro travel. This bill/invoice can be pay with points that I have on an card with Petro (membership card)

      This truck and trailer was first sighted on Bordentown's lot on January 22nd 2023 and it continued to sit in the same spot for well over a month until it was towed on February 24th. This person spoke with the towing company the same day and knew his truck and trailer were present at the tow yard. He was also in contact with the tow company every week and every month through April.   
      We would tow any abandoned truck after one month. Any large fleet customers we get approval from Sales Support first, but this was an unmarked truck and trailer. He was in our lot for a long period of time .  TA/Petro is not liable for anything that goes missing from inside any truck in our lots, nor do we know anything about missing personal belongings from this truck.


      We tried calling this customer multiple times on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, every time it goes straight to voicemail and messages were left each time. 
      We are not liable for anything.

                               I'm writing this letter inform you that, I ****** ******** (Owner of ******* ******** ***) had an agreement with the Manager (Marvin at Fuel desk) to pay $650.00 for parking fees.The 
       Manager must had family problems, because his was off for
      Two months.(only Manager with keys to unlock kingpin) Communication with High gear towing every week and every weekend about the truck and trailer.Towing company wouldn't
      Send hard copies though the mail only (emailed).When I lost
      my cellphone and was lock out of my email ,I called high gear towing from a family member's phone.Still waiting for a Manager
      To unlock king ,so I can send payment. Being in the office
      Couple of times ,to pay parking fees,No MANAGER WITHOUT KEYS.

      We do not, nor have we ever had a Marvin at our fuel desk..  We did not King Pin lock his truck or trailer or the towing company would not have been able to tow it. We never saw or spoke to this driver. The tow company had a lot of interaction with this customer.  

      We are not responsible for this customer’s truck or trailer due to it being abandoned on our lot for over 30 days. He needs to take all his concerns up with the tow company.

      We called for a roadside service to replace a belt which we had authorized a fee of $2.50 per mile for 14 miles at $140 per hour labor fee when they arrived they installed without approval additional parts and tried to charge aproximately $800 for a part that one is not bad and two has an actual fair market cost of $258. When I tried to talk to a manager, the desk clerk started playing games and would not allow me to talk to a manager they reduced bill to 620 ish , so I paid the bill by credit card and told them that I would seek legal actions to rectify the girl rudly said just remember I still got your credit card number. This deceptive practice needs to be stopped. They should not replace any parts without approval. No one approve this repair and they are treating people in a disrespectful, unfair and deceiving manner and even after bill was paid they held driver saying bill wasnt paid when it was.

      On 10/21/22 I went in for a coolant leak and the service technician informed me that I needed a entire coolant resivour, had me sit the entire day. Once they replaced it they said they see no leaks. Going down the road it did the same thing again. Coolant all over the motor. I went to another TA location and they said I needed a resivour. I said I just bought a new one. So that technician says we can order a resivour cap. So I ended up taking the truck to a Kenworth dealership and the real problem was I needed a engine rebuild because combustion gasses was going into the coolant lines. I've been trying to call the manager of the shop and corporate office for 2 months and they have not worked anything out with me as far as replacing something that was not broken in the first place. They just said it was broken to get some commission sales and that should be against the law. Invoice number is #*** ****** . I want them to work something out with me other than making me pay for something I never needed in the first place.

      1/17/23. TA on ** ******** ** ********* ** ***** United States. OmniHaul Transport LLC. This truck stop need new management. The stuff are very rude and disrespectful. Everyone should get fired from inside the store to the maintenance/service dept. cause no one want to do their job. Had got my truck serviced and they charge me for something that they did not fix. They made up a receipt and gave it to me. I need to know what all the did to my truck and where is the invoice so I can see what all they did on the truck. I need a refund cause the problem is not fixed. They stole almost 400$ from me. everyone need to get fired cause of the level of disrespectful in that truck stop . They told me that it doesn’t matter if I file a complaint! I want answers …..Need better training please do a fallow up and call me **********

      My 2022 truck Ford F750 was fueled 43 gallons in 50 gallons tank (about 80%) at TA and after fueling in about 30-40 miles problems started: "Fuel pressure low", then "Reduced engine power", then "exhaust filter to clean" and of course check engine became on. The speed was a maximum 60 mph, then 45 mph, and slower and slower.
      We went to ****** truck stop in Aurora, NE for service, but they were too busy until the next day afternoon, so we continue to drive until the next opened shop in Grand Island, NE 68803 - *********** ***** *** **** ************. They replaced the filters and cleaned the fuel lines - all codes are gone. They advised it was either a bad fuel OR not winterized fuel which thickened due to low temperature. The product we fueled was labeled as WINTERIZED. We lost 10 hours of trip time and $717.85 in repairs. We could lose freight, which could cause a loss of thousands of dollars. The freight was delivered late, the penalty of $1,000 was applied by the broker.

      We are looking for reimbursement of these expenses due to poor quality diesel. TA and Petro are 90% of all our fueling via TCS card, but we never had problems before.

      We checked fuel, No debris or sediment in fuel, No water showing by water test or on veeder root. Also we sell tens of thousands of gallons fuel each day, if we had bad fuel we would have Hundreds of trucks broken down on side of highway.   We also Winterize all of our fuel to keep them from gelling in Tank and as we dispense the fuel however the tanks on vehicle are in direct contact with wind and extreme weather and drivers add other additives to insure they don’t have gelled fuel in extreme weather

      With that being said we are not at fault and not responsible.

      The District manager Spoke with driver,  he said he has a 60 gallon tank and fuels when down to 20 or below. He buys fuel from different places.

      12/22/2022 For a Shower, paid $16.00
      -Shower #7- was absolutely filthy with rust,dust,dirt & BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE. It appeared to not have been cleaned from the individual who paid & used before I paid & went in to use myself.I spoke with manager along w/ showing her pics I took,she acknowledged that she was aware of the situation. Offered no refund of any kind. Asked why she would even have this open to the public in this condition? I was told its a new turnover of employees including herself & they are getting around to redoing it. I asked how long they have had this plan, I was told a couple months already. At the very, very,very least should be coloroxed & scrubbed down,multiple times.The black mold everywhere is the main concern for this complaint.

      On November 13, 2022, I stopped to gas up at the TA/Shell gas station in ****** ****. I put my card in a gas pump and the pump would not work. I hung up the gas pump multiple times. The screen to make a selection would not work so I drove to a different pump. When the next customer who went to that unresponsive pump used it, their gas charge went onto my card.
      I immediately contacted the gas station and was told to call ***** customer service. I called customer service and an automated message told me to file a dispute with my bank. Which I have done, with no results. The stranger at the TA/SHELL station charged $59.28 to my card. I just want it back. I would even be fine with ***** credit in that amount.
      If you need the exact time of the transaction to look at your camera, I can find that for you. It is evident through my body language and actions that I did not pump this gas.
