On October 1st, 2024 in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, Benjamin Hammond the principal of Reliable Fence and Rail, pleaded guilty to theft involving work contracted by consumers and was sentenced to the Cuyahoga County Jail for 30 days, 1.5 years supervised probation, as well as Restitution to be paid in the total amount of $6,050.
