      On 7/23/2024 I went to Aspen Dental to have a procedure completed for an infection in my gums. Upon completion I paid $1,977.40 which was the balance I was told I owed. Now this company is coming back demanding I pay them more money as they failed to bill the insurance provider correctly. I have called them over 4 times being told to ignore the ongoing bill that I have a balance of $0. When I called today, 3/24/2025, I was met with ***** *. ( the only information he would provide to identify himself, and would not provide a supervisor) who told me that I owed $1059.60. ***** when challenged back about this ***** swore in another language and disconnected the line. This company is providing substandard customer service and lying to its customers to get them to do the in office procedures and then charging them more after. Which constitutes fraud.

      I went to aspen dental to have dentures made 18 months ago, since then I've had to return MULTIPLE times for "adjustments" until most recently, this past week I was simply told I have to get implants if I want functional dentures. They have a satisfaction guarantee that they are not following because I request new molds be made so my dentures fit properly. I even asked if they couldn't do that at the moment to please reshape them some so I don't get sores throughout my mouth. They refused and said they will give me a quote for implants. I have spent thousands of dollars on these dentures and I cannot wear them. I am only 32 years old and I am too young to not be able to have teeth. They didn't even try to help remedy the situation. I was simply told I was out of luck and this is what has to happen. I don't understand why someone would push surgery on a patient who had a horrible time healing with the initial surgery of removing the teeth. I just want a pair of dentures I can use. I am willing to allow them to make another pair or refund me the cost of the dentures as they are not able to be used so I may go elsewhere for a new set.
