      While we do not agree with the negative statements made in the complaint, we are happy to propose a solution. The addresses provided by the complainant have been added to our internal do not mail list. No additional mail will be sent to the addresses provided, though we ask for a short ***** period in the event that any marketing communication was prepared and/or mailed prior to receiving this complaint. We hope that this resolves the matter to the complainants satisfaction.

      Stop sending me junk mail please. I have a 30 yr mortgage and will be here long after its paid. Go away and leave me alone. Tired of this kind of behavior from businesses. Its harrasment no doubt about that. Stop all contact to my residence.
