I purchased a custom breastmilk ring in September of 2020, paid in full ($900) and milk and hair sent to her with expectations that milk would be preserved at 16-18 weeks and due to the custom order, I expected a product within a year. The owner became less available no more difficult to get ahold off. When I would get contact back for updates she would have had some life event or lack of internet for which I was quite forgiving. In May of 2022 I had yet to receive a ring so I demanded hair, milk, and money back or threatened civil lawsuit. At this point seller blocked me from her business Facebook page. She stated that she had to find a new jeweler and that the ring would be ready June 2022. My husband and I reluctantly decided to wait. We did not receive the ring until September 2022. The ring was unpolished and had sharp edges and no 14kt gold stamp so I had it evaluated by a jeweler. This brand new ring had glass stones glued in and 2 cracks where the shank meets the top of the ring. I updated the seller stating that I wanted a refund. We removed the milk stone which required destruction of the setting. We informed the seller prior to cutting the setting to get the stone. I sent the setting back and seller agreed to a refund of $600 since I did get my milk stone and we provided some compensation for the free items she sent me that I didn’t ask for. Starting in December of 2022 I was to receive a $100 a month for 6 months. I have not received payment in January or March. Seller still owes me $300 and is now not responsive. It’s 2.5 years for a heartbreaking ruined experience. I want this to be over.

I paid $175 for jewelry in July of 2022 this is personalized jewelry having to do with pregnancy/being a mother and I sent her a personal item to be included in the jewelry. I had not gotten my jewelry by October and I sent her an email asking about it. She said it had a few more weeks and to check back. In the following months I sent multiple emails asking why had I not gotten my jewelry and my next step was to reach out to my credit card company if she did not either send the jewelry or give me a refund. She ended up responding saying she was sorry she had not seen my email and I just needed to verify my address and that she was sending out my order that week. This was December 11. I verified my address and months later I have not heard back or gotten my jewelry. I emailed more and tried calling the number on bbb for her. It was a google number and I left a message and got no response back. I want either a refund or my jewelry. Again this is upsetting because it’s personalized and she has items from me that are supposed to be added to jewelry. So even if I get a refund I don’t get my item back I sent her for the jewelry.
