    We are trying to purchase the property at *******************************************************************. Heritage Land Surveying (*****************************) was hired several years ago to do survey work to provide access to the property. He was hired again in 2022 complete a survey and set pins. I paid the required $900.00 to the present owner who then paid *******. ******* has not set the final pins yet and claims he is too busy but will do it in October. He was then hired again by the current property owner to do additional work at the cost of $300.00. ******* did work but the Trumbull ********************* has contacted him to fix the errors. As of yesterday (AUG 08,2022) they still had not heard from him. The title company is waiting on the county so we can close. The county is waiting on *******. I left him a message over 24 hours ago and he has not returned my call. The final $300 has not been paid. The invoice date is 06-02-2022 and invoice number ******. The title company has the invoice and it will be paid upon closing. The title company involved is *************, ************. We have been trying to close since January and the holdups seem to be centered around the survey.

    I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

    I feel that I am a customer of *****************************. I actually paid for the first work that he did, I provided $900.00 to *********************** who then paid *******. Had he simply returned my phone call and told me he had completed the work I not have ever filed a complaint. The only information I was getting from the county was that they were waiting on him. I will be satisfied if he sets the pins in October that should have been set last January or February.
