    I bought I brand new car back in Aug 2023. I specifically purchased the car for the remote start feature. After purchasing the car I was told I had to set up an app on my phone for it, so I had my daughter drive an hour to come set it up since I do not know how to use all the apps. She set it up and showed me how to use it. It worked a time or two then stopped. The dealership said they had a glitch in their system that it would be fixed. It was supposedly fixed so I set it up again. It worked a little bit then stopped. It is still not working and the dealership will not help to fix it. Their only option was they could put in a remote start that I asked for originally but was told they did not have them for my car, for over $800. I am already paying a fortune for this car. I would like to have it fixed.

    SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE BUT THE ISSUE AT HAND IS A MANUFACTURERS ISSUE, AS WE ARE NOT THE SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE *** THAT ISNT WORKING PROPERLY. THE ONLY OPTION WE HAVE AS THE DEALER IS THE PHYSICAL REMOTE START THAT WAS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE OF THE VEHICLE.
