      on 1/13/2023 i canceled an extended warranty purchased two days earlier in the amount of ******* dollars as of today 3/ 28/ 2023 i have only received ******* dollars

      I am reaching out to you regarding the complaint listed above. The check that ************** received was for the cancellation of Paint and Interior protection. The warranty cancellation has been also done, that money will be applied to the consumers payoff and not an actual check back to the customer.

      I purchased a car from this dealership. I specifically asked for gap insurance with my fianc and mother in law as witness. Once I looked at my loan I noticed my gap wasnt on there. So Ive been making phone call after phone call since may to try and get this fixed. Well I got tired of waiting and a few mondays ago my fianc and I physically went in person to get this fixed with no luck. I kept getting directed to my car insurance witch the dont offer gap, then directed to my bank, witch they dont offer it either, then I got redirected back to the original place it all started at. I feel like what I needed and wanted didnt matter or valid. Ive been fighting very hard to get gap coverage on my vehicle since may. The said why didnt you let us no not days, weeks, or months later and I told them I HAVE BEEN but nobody would take the time to answer the phone or call me back after many voicemails were left and when they did call weeks later no voicemail was left. That happened 1 time. All I want is what I asked for in the beginning!

      Finance Manager, ***********************, has been in contact with customer regarding GAP. Customer's vehicle was stolen and now wants to purchase GAP, coverage at the time of sale was declined, therefore isn't able to add GAP onto his loan. The only time a consumer can put GAP on the loan is at the time of sale, not after the fact. Thank you

      I purchase a 2013 kia ****** from this dealership on August 1st, 2022. Initially they tried to charge me for a warranty I did not ask for. I was able to get that resolved. Now here it is eight weeks later and I still have not received my plates and registration. My bank has not received the title either. Apparently, they sold the vehicle without having clear title. This dealership rarely returns phone calls and is very frustrating to deal with.

      The title will be sent out tomorrow, customer should expect the plates to arrive on Wednesday. There was an additional hold up with the title because the customer's outside financing didn't provide us with the lienholder address.

      I have reviewed the offer made . I will await arrival if the plates. However they are blaming my bank for the problem, when in fact it was their bank, per the salesman, who is responsible for the delay. It would be nice if they would return phone calls and treat customers with more respect

      I originally bought a car that died two miles off the lot. They poorly handled that but I was able to get a different car eventually. This car is broken down, I contacted my warranty to get towed and see if the repair is covered. Turns out Taylor never transferred my warranty to the new car. Im missing work because I cant get the rental which is covered under my warranty.
