      Oct, 15 called for Service, 10/16 arrived, 25 mins charged $160. Cash. Oct 18 call back same problem, and further problems charged $110, cash, 20 mins. Oct 18 (9:30AM) called back indicating same problem. Told they would get with tech and call back. Oct 22 (10:04AM) followed up since I had not received a return call as indicated. Was told they knew nothing about my call. Provided the information concerning to the previous service calls. During the conversation, asked if this 'was something that the plumber could or couldn't do. Or should I call someone else'. Whitehead's Plumbing response I was rude and hung up. Another plumbing company got someone to fix the problems, was charged $100 Cash 40mins and fixed the plumbing. Background: Master bath toilet was clogged, advised tech (10/15) that it may had been my late wife's ostomy bag, and might effecting the outside vent. Call back (Oct 18) that still not flushing, shower had standing water and same in guest room shower and gurgle at kitchen sink. Again recommended the outdoor vent. Tech showed me a picture of what he retrieved from Master bath, indicated it was a plumbing tool, not one of theirs. Oct 22 called other plumber, went directly to the outside vent and repaired the problem. Have not received receipts from Whitehead for the Service Call Oct 16, $160.00 and Oct 18, $110. My conversation was civil. Had just lost my wife on the 11th and burying her, the 17th. The $160 rate Oct 16th and the Call Back fee $110 Oct 18th was extreme, no receipt, inability to get a response Oct 21st, calling back Oct 22nd to be told I am rude and hanging up. The picture of the plumbing tool taken by Whitehead's tech was questionable. Indicating it wasn't theirs. Whitehead had done service on the same bathroom January 4th.

      Called Whitehead Plumbing ********* to install a dishwasher. I purchased a new dishwasher from Lowes their install price was ******. They could not install until after Christmas. I had the dishwasher reinstalled a few months ago after remodeling and was charged 140.00.Called Whitehead plumbing today they said ****** hr. It took them a hour just to level the dishwasher after it was connected. They took twice as long to install it , and charged 236.00.I called the office to ask them about the charge. I was told it usually takes them 2 to 3 hour to install dishwasher. ( It takes them twice as long?) STAY AWAY

      I'm sorry you feel you were over charged. But I am glad you have your dishwasher installed, balanced and running before Christmas. It did take a bit because of the legs in the back and the techs had to pull out several times to get it balanced.

      We called for plumber around noon on Wednesday before thanksgiving we were told it would be overtime by the time they could get her. We agreed, we had family coming it had to be done. Then at 5:00pm plumber called and said its after 5 so we are officially on holiday so if you still want me to come you have to pay for me to drive home so its will be double time. He was here less than an hour and we had to pay $350. Holiday pay. Wednesday is not the holiday. Thursday is. I told him he was price gouging because they new we had to have it done with family coming in. I dont feel we should have had to pay double time because it wasnt the holiday yet. We wont ever use them again
