  I was pulled over on 07/13/2023. My vehicle was impounded around 8:30-8:45am. I had to walk home since my vehicle was being impounded. Upon my arrival at home I called the twister towing to get the amount needed to retrieve my vehicle. The lady that answered the phone informed me that my vehicle had not arrived and to call back in 30 mins. I called in thirty mins and was informed that my vehicle still had not arrived. I waited another 30 mins and called again. The lady stated that my vehicle still wasn't there. She informed me that the person bringing my car was NEW and that he took my vehicle to the wrong place and to call back in another 30 mins. When I called now around 11:30 am- 12am my vehicle was there. She told me it would be around 218 and change to retrieve my vehicle. Why did it take the tow company almost 4 hours to have my vehicle brought to twister towing. At the most it should have taken an hour. I arrived at the towing company around 3:30-4. While I was driving my vehicle home I noticed that my ash tray was missing as well as my air pods, and my type c car charger that also had a USB port. I also had a ********* frappe that I had just gotten from ********* that was gone but the top was left. When I got home and looked over the vehicle I noticed that my front bumper was completely coming off. Stuff hanging from the bottom and a front piece kind of bent up. Black part on the front is all scratched up. I called twister towing the following day to ask what happened to my vehicle. The lady told me I would have to call and talk to the owner. When I called I was informed that he ran to the bank. I told her I would call back on lunch. When I called back I was provided with the owners phone number. I explained that I wanted to know what happened to my missing items and further more my vehicle. He informed me that his company does not steal and that my car arrived with body damage all around the vehicle which is untrue. He refused to provide me with his name.

  *********************** car was impounded due to a wreck. Our tow truck driver noted the damage she is saying we caused when he arrived at the scene. We took no itmes from her car. She has added the air pods to her list since she called to say items were missing from her car. (we have no desire or want for her items especially a iced coffee!) She did not have to wait 4 hours to pick her car up. She called even before the driver got back to the lot and again when her car was her and our driver forgot to drop her ticket off (new driver). so her total wait to get her car was maybe an hour.  We actually had to call the local police department due to her harassment. For a 2 hours time period she called non stop to the point our customers could not call us and we had to call the police.  She is not due any refunds for her tow. The police department called us for an impound. She is not due any monetary  damages for the damage to her car due to it was received with that damage. She is also not due to replacement of her items due to we did not steal her items.

  I am rejecting this response because: my vehicle was not impounded for a wreck. I have documentation from root insurance back in February that someone hit the back driver side corner that would not have had anything to do with the damage to the front of my vehicle. I have never reported any front end damage to my vehicle. I also have call logs showing how many times I had to call just to see if my vehicle had arrived at twister towing. Which the lady stated he was NEW. Which further more let me know that he didn't know what he was doing. I have several individuals that can vouch the fact that my car had no front end damage. I also asked the police department if I can get the footage from when I was pulled over from the body cam that should be able to show that my vehicle had no front end damage. I have several pictures of my vehicle before and after twisted towing destroyed my vehicle. The police officer that called me also stated my car was impounded because of a wreck. I was never in a wreck on July 13. I was pulled over for speeding not a wreck. Which I have the tickets to prove why I was pulled over. I know for a fact that you all damaged my vehicle and I want every piece of my vehicle repaired at your companies expense. If we can't get this resolved this way I will be filing a small claims suit! I never harassed anyone I just wanted answers as to what happened to my vehicle. I remember the lady repeatedly telling to call back on 30 mins because my vehicle was not there I got pulled over roughly around 830 am twister towing couldn't tell me anything about my vehicle until around 11:30-noon. Why did it take so long for my vehicle to get from Penn and ****** to 63rd st? That is a long time gab especially if your only transporting one vehicle. You all damaged the vehicle that I have to drive everyday to make sure I can work and get my 5 children around.

  We did not damage you car. so we will not be paying for your car damage. Yes the driver was new to our company but not to driving a wrecker he actually has been driving a wrecker for 20 years. The damage you are talking about was noted on your tow ticket when your car was brought to our lot and was not damaged by our driver. Again we will not be paying for your damage to your car due to it was damaged prior to us picking up your car

  I will have to take you all to court. I have several pictures of my vehicle and several individual to vouch that my vehicle was not like that prior to my vehicle being left in your hands. I am currently working with an attorney. I will also be going downtown to file a suit. My vehicle will be repaired. I will also be visiting the police department to get the body cam footage from when I was pulled over! You people damaged my car and will fix it! I'm a single mom with 5 kids now we are in danger riding in this vehicle because of twister towing. My car shakes on the highway and more. Absolutely nothing was wrong with my car until it was in your companies possession. Just the left back end which I also have proof for all of that as well.

  I am rejecting this response because: twister towing negligently handled my vehicle and I want it to be repaired. Even my children know that my vehicle was not damaged. Nothing was wrong with my vehicle until it ended up in your possession. I will go to the police department and footage from the body cam. Also why did you have the police call me fore harassment. I never harassed anybody I simply asked what happened to my car. Nothing was hanging underneath my car at this point you can almost see the engine from the bottom. This vehicle is no longer safe to transport my children around. It's scary when you get on the highway and the car is shaking and something is making a loud scrapping noise underneath.  Once again Nothing was wrong with my vehicle prior to July 13th. I have several individuals that will be able to vouch. I also May be able to get footage from my daughters daycare of my vehicle as I had just dropped her off prior to being pulled over. It will prove nothing was wrong with my vehicle!!!! I go to this daycare everyday I'm sure footage will show no damage except for the back drivers side!!!!
