    here was an extra $65 per car for travel fee because I live in ******** even after when I called to set up these appointment I said I could have cars parked at my parents in *****. Just figured he was padding the hit he was going to take on windshield repair. After his breakdown he listed out cost to repair and all that and the. What was owed to customer for repair. I was fine with it. I scheduled replacement and put everything in Caseys name like he asked. Went to pick up vehicle and I had gotten a $150 off discount code so I applied that and paid my part and left the remaining balance he told me I was owed and we called for payment and he had to see invoice first and then he didnt like that I had the discount code so he stated I needed to apply that to the total which I dont believe should have happened or he wasnt going to pay it. There were people waiting in line and I gathered he wasnt going to pay it regardless so I didnt want to keep making the person a safelite do all these things. So needless to say because of text I have on what he agreed to, he will probably now be paying for windshield, price of being down a vehicle for a day and also all the attorney fees. I had the feeling when he asked me to pay for the car that day after he damaged it, I was gonna be out of pocket on this deal. And on top of that, my wifes car started smelling like mold about 3 days later. Would never recommend this guy to anyone.
