I had an appoint on 1/17/2025. I needed rubber plug in my dentures replaced. I didnt have insurance and the billing manager said it would be ******+. I didnt have the money so i left. I never seen the doctor or had the x=ray they billed me for. I spoke with manager months ago and they said they were deleting the bill and I wouldnt get anymore notices but i have and today they sent me notice it was going to collections. I called them a couple weeks ago and they said manager would call me back but they never did. Today i spoke to the manager and they promised the bill has been deleted but i just dont know why they billed me for services rendered? Especially not an X-ray?

O4/29/2024 and 05/30/2024.Aspen Dental provided Crown preps and placements of crows for my teeth to my primary and secondary insurance. My secondary insurance paid their portion but primary was receiving information that they were unable to see. My primary continued to request readable visit notes and x rays to show that the crows were necessary. This went on for months and Aspen Dental continued to insure me that they were getting the correct info to my insurance. When I attempted to get both insurance and Aspen on the line together, Aspen disconnected the line. Then there was an issue where my healthy tooth was broken during a visit and when I mentioned it to Aspen is when the dental transfer problems began. Aspen continued to stall about getting correct info to insurance to where my insurance denied the claim for reason of lack of records. Aspen is in network with my dental company and payments are discounted but if they don't bill my insurance I'm responsible for the entire bill at out of network rates. When this happens Aspen makes money from me than what the insurance would pay them. Please review and assist me with getting the issue resolved. Thank you

I have not been able to get letters where **** was requesting information from Aspen to process claims. The letters GEHA sent to me, I shredded them, I didn't think I would need them at the time. I have contacted **** about copies of letters but due to their system changing from 2024 to 2025 t B e information not avaliable until after the 2oth of January. Aspen quoted my part of my dental bill to B e ******* but now when I contact them, the auto service says my bill is over $2000.

I am rejecting this response because:   there is no specific solution on how they will eliminate the outstanding balance. The $2000 plus dollar balance that they say I owe them, due to their mismanagement, should have been billed to my insurance company. I would rather have a little more information on how they plan to resolve the issue before BBB close the claim. Please and thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:  I paid the amount that Aspen says I owe them. will Aspen get the information to GEHA that they need to pay the claim? I have tried filing the appeal with GEHA myself but has not been successful. Aspen knows exactly what **** needs in order to pay the claim. Thank you

The dental procedures were done several months ago. I had-and still have- dental insurance with Physicians Mutual. This insurance was used at time of service. I cant remember if I had a copay but all charges have been paid in full. When I received a previous bill I went to Aspen Dental and was advised they were having accounting issues and should be taken care of. Obviously it wasnt. I do not owe Aspen dental anything!!!! It has been several months since all this happened and I thought it was being taken care of.Your prompt investigation into this matter will be greatly appreciated!
