    on July 6 2022 S utherlands Furniture employees delivered a dresser to our home. They appeared to be teenagers. DID NOT HAVE A BLANKET OR DOLLEY OR ANYTHING WHATSOEVER TO ACCOMPLISH THIS. MY HUSBAND PROVIDED A BLANKET TO PREVENT SCRATCHES TO OUR BRAND NEW SOLD WOOD FLOOR. MY HUSBAND WAS BEHIND THEM AND COULD NOT SEE THEY HAD ALLOWED FURNITURE TO GET OFF THE BLANKET. I THEN NOTICED THERE WERE DENTS SCRATCHES AND EVEN DEEP GOUGES IN 14 AREAS FROM THE LIVING ROOM ...HALLWAY AND MASTER BEDROOM. THE EMPLOYEES STOOD DRESSER UP ON ITS END CAUSING FURTHER DAMAGE. I NOTICED AFTER THEY SAT IT DOWN IN BEDROOM THE DAMAGE THAT WAS DONE THROUGHOUT THE 14 AREAS AND POINTED OUT TO THEM AND MY HUSBAND THE MANY AREAS OF DAMAGE. I NOTIFIED THE STORE AND AFTER A WEEK OR SO WAS TOLD THE PROBLEM HAD BEEN REFERRED TO SUTHERLANDS GENERAL OFFICE. I WAS IN CONTACT WITH MICHELLE KNIPPE....I HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED THAT SUTHERLANDS HAS TURNED DOWN OUR CLAIM. THEY SAID THEY INTERVIEWED THE EMPLOYEES WHO DID THIS WHO CLAIMED THE FURNITURE WAS WRAPPED UP WHEN THEY BROUGHT FURNITURE IN. THAT WAS A LIE....ALSO SAID THEY WERE UNAWARE OF ANY DAMAGE....ALSO A LIE AS I POINTED THE DAMAGE OUT TO THEM. THE FLOOR CONTRACTOR HAD TO HANDSAND THE DAMAGED AREAS DOWN TO BARE WOOD AND RESTAIN AND REAPPLY POLYURETHANE AT A COST OF $1250. THIS WAS SUTHERLANDS FAULT AND THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGES. PLEASE ASVISE
