    When the machanic showed up he didn't speak English the entire experience was very unprofessional and the owner wouldn't let me see his business license he said he wouldn't give out his personal information he was very argumentative I'm worried he using undocumented migrants he claimed that the machanic was his father the son drove a brand new extra large truck while the father drove a beat up car I don't know what to do about this so I left a review on Google I had no idea that companies can have negative reviews remove I also learned that they have a few other addresses all them are different home addresses but the same company this needs to be looked into I'm afraid they are using undocumented migrants and not paying them appropriately if their is anything I can to do to get this looked into please let me know

    Do you have a problem with the actual work that was performed? The mechanic came out and diagnosed your issue, correct? Then fixed it? He was there until 10pm fixing your vehicle in the cold so that you could get back on the road! Then AFTER the work was completed and it came time to pay, you demanded to see my business license and his papers. Just fyi, Oklahoma doesnt require licenses for automotive repair but that's neither here nor there. He can't really be rude and unprofessional when he doesnt even speak english, can he? He is 65 years old and probably the sweetest guy you could ever meet. You were the one yelling at him for absolutely no reason when all he was trying to do was fix your car. It's obvious you're racist and didn't want "a mexican" working on your vehicle. He is actually from Venezuela and is an American citizen. Then you were screaming at me because google shows we have gender neutral bathrooms and handicap access when we're obviously mobile and do not even have a brick and mortar facility. Also, negative reviews cannot be removed. If businesses had that luxury, wouldn't they all be removed? Google was the one that removed your review because your were spouting a bunch of racist and unhinged nonsense. When we spoke I asked you what was wrong and you wouldn't tell me. You just kept repeating, "you know what my problem is!" We have thousands of satisfied customers and an excellent reputation. Your negative review is the ONLY one that we have EVER gotten, and it really was for no reason other than the fact the technician was latino. Then you left another negative review under a fake name and account. The simple fact of the matter is we did absolutely nothing wrong and you created a huge ordeal for  no reason other than to just complain. You're literally the worst customer I've ever had in my 20 years in this business.
