    I purchased a 2023 Forest River Shasta i5. Within 24 hours of receiving my camper, I had major water leaks throughout the unit. Rain water and water lines. They sent their "best tech" out to fix the issues. It look them 4 times before they got it right. I am still having leaks, mold, & rotted wood throughout the unit that I am required to fix on my own as their warratny is only valid if you can bring the camper to their location. This was NOT told to me prior to purchasing. I live in this camper full time with 3 boys, you can't just run it down to their location an hour and a half away and leave your home for a week for them to repair all the damages. My brand new camper is now worth less because Bell Camper Sales continues to back poor craftsmanship. I am even missing an entire stud in the bunkroom. Thair service manager has a very arrogant and condescending attitude. All he wanted to do was contradict what I was trying to tell him rather than offering solutions to a SIMPLE REPAIR over the phone.
    I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE REPAIRING A BRAND NEW CAMPER THAT IS STATIONARY.
    Last but not least... ** BELL CAMPER SALES GIVES THEIR SALESMAN AN AWARD FOR THE BIGGEST PIECE OF JUNK THEY CAN SELL A CUSTOMER. IT HANGS IN THEIR OFFICE UNTIL THE NEXT SALESMAN SURPASSES THEM WITH A JUNK SALE** Glad I could help :-)

    I very sorry you are having some issues with you new RV. We try very hard to give all our customer the highest quality service we can. Unfortunately we are not set up to do mobile service, although I though on our last visit to you RV we had corrected all the issues you were having and you were happy with our service department and the repairs. If this is not the case please let me know and we can get something figured out. Thanks. -Lane ****
