    My wife bought her car in to get repaired around Jan 21st or so. She asked the to do inspection on it to see what is all wrong with it. They were able to see what was wrong and told us it would be around 2200 to fix it. They completed the job on Jan 27 2023. Four days later my wife is driving the car and finds out the air intake is broke. She called and they said that they knew it was broke and that they couldn't get the part in time but failed to tell me or her. My wife asked them to do an oil change and tune up but they failed to do. After reading a few Google reviews we are not the first to have this problem. They did know what they were doing. He admitted to leaving the air intake broke he knew I was gonna have to go back. They intentionally didn't do the oil change and stuff so I would have to go back.

    service was not asked for or approved by customer ,she assumed we knew what all service she wanted . then didnt want to pay for after we did what she asked
