Love Black Forest Decor! Ive ordered so many wonderful things for our new home in a lake community. Items include bedding, towels, kitchen items, lamps, and general decorations. Their products are unique and good quality, at reasonable prices. I had one issue with a lantern that didnt close properly, and they addressed it right away. I will not accuse Black Forest Decor as being at fault but very disappointed with the outcome. I ordered a supposedly USA made rug. It states 1-2 weeks shipping time. After waiting 5 weeks the rug had still not shipped. I was tired of promises from I suppose the manufacturer to Black Forest. Therefore I canceled the order. In the meantime I asked if all the USA made rugs were from one company and the answer was no. I was told Black Forest decor have several. Which led me to look at different other designs. After finding another one we loved that also said 1-2 weeks shipping I called and asked if it was the same company and to my surprise or maybe not it was the same manufacturer. I asked if there was maybe something going on with my original and what would be ETA on the new one. I was put on hold and then came back with a response of 2-3 weeks estimated shipping because of it being busy season now. But my original one that I ordered was still being produced. So I slept on it overnight and called this morning to see if there would be an ETA if I went ahead with the same rug. After being put on hold for a short period of time I got my response. **** you cancelled your order so now if you want to order you are now at the back of the line. Im like wow. For the record, I am not at the back of the line. I am out of the line. Enjoy the past dollars I have spent. Beautiful rugs that I have paid a high dollar for to have American made. I am curious to know if these high priced rugs are truly USA made. I am also curious to the statement of yall having several USA made rug companies because when I ****** there are few to be found. Black Forest decor is one of my favorite online shopping sources. They just demonstrated their true concern for customer satisfaction. I received a defective item and with a picture and an email to ******** my problem was solved! She made a new order with a replacement item at no charge.
