Ordered lamps for a Christmas gift early in order to take advantage of their free shipping promotion. However, I wasn't thinking ahead. According to their return policy I would not have been able to return them after Christmas if anything was damaged. Fortunately, I communicated my concerns with their customer's service **** and was assured they would accommodate me should the need arise. I'm happy to report that the lamps were in great condition and worked very well providing us with a much needed and safe addition to our family room. As a result of their special consideration toward my situation, I was able to relax for the entire holiday. My husband and I do like the continued quality we receive from Black Forest Decor and will continue to be a customer.

Black Forest Decor exceeded my expectations on a recent situation where I broke a lampshade of a lamp we purchased a few years ago. This was a few weeks before Christmas - a busy time I am sure for the company and for me. I called and asked if there was any chance they would be able to send me a replacement shade - not a whole new lamp. The customer service representative said she'd check with her supervisor, and within 24 hours, got back to me with the good news that they would be able to sell me a replacement shade for what I consider a very reasonable price. The representative did a great job in handling this special non-standard request. The shade was then shipped in 3-5 business days, and I received it within a week.Great service, personable and efficient staff.Black Forest Decor, LLC

I was worried about my shipment. Received 1 of 2 pieces. The shipping company showed both were delivered. Black Forest responed it would be a little over two weeks for part 2. Came 4 days later JIT. For holiday! Great job thank youBlack Forest Decor, LLC

The lamp I ordered was delivered and the packing box was damaged.Upon inspection, I noticed the lampshade was torn and bent.When I reported this to Black Forest, they told me to discard the damaged shade and immediately sent out a new one. It was received and all is well.Black Forest Decor, LLC

She researched my questions she couldn't immediately answer, and once she had the answer, got right back. She took the time to get a sense of what I really wanted to purchase and supported my choice with no pressure to buy. She is personable, funny, and a pleasure to work with.
