Outstanding products and customer service. Ordered a floor lamp and when it arrived it was broken in the package. No fault of theirs as it was packaged to be safe but guessing it got broke during delivery. Contacted customer service about the issue and they were spot on with taking care of the situation at no expense or inconvenience added to myself and they helped resolve the issue in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend ordering from this company great quality products and they back them as wellBlack Forest Decor, LLC

Miles was very helpful when I called after my order disappeared without giving my order number! I received my verification # shortly like he said I would. Great store. Fun decorations and accessories, especially if you like wildlife, country and even sea life. The best part of this shop is customer service. ***** **** is the representative I delt with. She answered my email by the next day, kept me apprised often and resolved my issue beyond expectations. ***** is the main reason I will keep shopping here. Doesnt hurt that its a fun shop.
