    I had my oil changed on my Semi on 1/28/2024. I was texted at 10:30 pm on 1/28/2024 that my truck was done. The Semi was not started and filled to full oil level. The following morning while driving diwn the road the oil plug assembly came out of the oil pan putting oil all over the highway, ************ trailer and destroyed the motor. Because of this persons negligence i am out ********* plus 2 and 1/2 weeks of lost wages. Owner states he has no insurance due to his negligence of not returning paperwork to the insurance company. Owner has not contacted me back with a resolution after he said he would.

    I hired AGK to change my oil and filters after the contractor was done he notified me I needed a new air filter but did not have one on the truck! When I got in my truck to drive it the next time after he was done I noticed my trucks turbo making a loud whistle! I thought maybe he had greased a bearing or something! A few days later I was driving and my truck lost all of its power! I was unsure of what it could be and found the turbo was not making pressure! The contractor stated he did not have time to change my turbo so I took on the task! When I took my intake off I found a red rag in my turbo! I notified the contractor that he left a red rag in my air filter box and he said he would make it right! The incident was on may 22nd and he still has yet to make any attempt to make it right! I went ahead and fixed my vehicle and told him the amount I was out of pocket $3500! He does not honor his work and I honestly dont believe he is insured
