    On the 25th of April I paid for both the month of April and the month of March totaling 272 on the 1st of March they contacted me saying that I have not paid after trying to bill again for the month of March on the 29th

    on 10/17/2022 I scheduled a move-in to facility. Everything was handled over the phone. I was assigned a unit and upon arrival there was a homeless person living in it an many more. Custmer service was contacted at which point they approved me placing item in another unit. I noticed cut locks on the premises but did not note the red flags. I place 2 locked on my unit and left. On 10/31/22 I verified my unit still was secure. I paid my monthly fees. On 11/12/22 I went to move from storage and my locks were both cut off and storage empty. I filed a police report with Lawton Police Department. I contacted customer service multiple times who told me the property manager would contact me. Its been 26 days and no calls and they aren't on the premises. It's advertised on the door of the property and online to have 16 cameras, I dont believe there is any surveillane as I am being ignored in my request to view it. I've spoken with several people who have encountered same theft and ghosting from facility. The insurance company wont reimburse because cut and missing locks isnt enough proof of "forced entry". If the cameras worked just as much as they could show our items being stolen thet could prove we arent taking them and filing false reports. I had a 9 foot vintage couch that i can never find again that was passed down for generations. My wish is to prevent this from happening to future potential customers
