On June *******, I had M. L. Waller Plumbing of ****** OK to install a new electric water heater in my garage. Ever since then, when my water softener recharges, there is an overflow of water and there is water in my garage and in the pan under the electric water heater. I have had several water softeners over the years and it never did this, until he installed the electric water heater. I have reached out to him by telephone several times to get this issue fixed, as well as my daughter and her husband contacted him, the times we were able to talk to him, he said he would come by. Never showed up. The last time I tried to call his number, it was unreachable from my home phone (think he blocked it), so I tried from my cell phone and he answered. He said he would come by (which he has not) and said he feels it was the line that was there before was the issue and he would have to get under the house, but he would come by. No show, tried to all from cell and home phone and calls won't go thru to his number (think he blocked both of my numbers). As for his statement that he thinks it is the line that was there before, then why didn't it overflow before he installed the water heater? But now can not get hold of him. Enclosed please find my cashed chec and statement for the work completed.

    Ms. **** ********:

Just wanted to clarify an item on my original correspondence for your record, it isn't the water softener that is leaking it is the line he (plumber) put in.

Please call me if you have any questions at ************.

I have voicemails from ***** on my phone so there has been no blocking of her number or calls.

I asked upon installation of water softener if it drained to her septic tank and was told yes so I installed a p-trap per code to prevent sewer gas escaping into the house/garage. The trap did cause a back up and overflow of water in the garage floor. I went back to Helens on March 24th and removed the p-trap as the softener and a sink both drain directly into the pasture/creek behind her house. This seems to have corrected the back up issue.
I spoke with ***** a couple times about getting to her issue but the cold weather in February caused my normal two week backlog to be exacerbated.

My mother also died February 27th which further pushed my schedule back which I communicated to ***** the following week.

As far as I know the issue is resolved.
Again theres no truth to having Helens number blocked or me trying to avoid her.
