BBB contacted the company on January 21, 2021, and again on February 5, 2021, concerning the advertisement that was being used on its Facebook page. The company advertising states work is guaranteed. The business does not have any information that informs the customer of the Guarantee details. BBB also brought to the company's attention that it is advertising roofing work. BBB staff was unable to verify that the business had the appropriate registration with the Oklahoma Construction Industries Board as is required for all companies doing roofing work in Oklahoma. The business did not modify or discontinue the advertising and did not respond to BBB's concerns.
