We bid two ways:
Labor only bids. Bids are made by the hour or square footage. Customer provides all material. This allows customers to shop around for the best value and material that fits their taste and budget.
Complete Project Bids: All material and labor is included with the bid. Customer just sits back and anticipate the finished project.

$150.00 minimum
Tuckpointing $35.00 p/hr or $2.00 p/ sqft and increases with height + material cost
Brick replacement $30.00 p/hr or $600.00/ 1000 brick + material cost
Block replacement $30.00 p/hr or $1.70/ block
Stone varies depending on size, grade and pattern desired
