    I refuse to be intimidated or treated with any hostility, your "Non-Employee" Ducky was completely out of line on Saturday morning Aug. 19th 2023 so much that I didn't want to be in the same room or building, and the reason I didnt come back into the store that morning. His attitude about your business is the silliest (or the most serious...) I've ever seen. I paid a lot of money at American Drones LLC to be treated that way and is inexcusable. Want to make it right? We can arrange a time that I can re-visit your location without your Non-Employee Ducky absent for the day. I dont deal with hostile people. The actions on his behalf are scary to think that it was or maybe deliberate is crazy. For example, the RadioMaster Transmitter is shipped from the manufacture with the left Gimbal (Throttle) is either at center or at bottom of its throw. Not half way between. I thought dealing with one business would benefit the both of us, right now I feel abandoned from a business that I thought didnt have poor intentions.Owner of the Custom AtomRC Killer Whale Digital FPV Setup

    I do wish things could have gone a different way with this customer but the control of this transaction was in the hands of the customer and the "unpaid" fully-disabled ********************** veteran, my technician. The details of the fixed-wing "custom build" were derived through face to face conversations between the two. The customer was aware and agreed to any cost related to upgrades decided upon as the build was being built. In fact at one point an upgrade was held off on (due to cost consideration) at first but then re added later in the process. My technician was through increasingly more stressful contacts with the customer evolving the build as it progressed. Some of the request were not the best way my tech saw fit to complete the build. This led to friction which resulted in this situation. And even in this complaint he wants more than anything to simply isolate my tech from what has become a shelter for him. There developed bad air between the two but being a custom build not a situation I could take over even if willing. The customer had met my tech from the very day the customer came in the store. The customer I'm sure knew my tech is actually a genius and that he just it not like most people. He accepted my tech as having the expertise he did not have and engaged him and American Drones to complete a very complex aircraft build. This pkg was expensive because it is essentially a computerized "fixed-wing" drone. The customer need not just the aircraft but a remote control radio, high definition FPV goggles and batteries. My tech has his way of doing things and is reveled globally as a pathfinder technician. My tech is very good at what he does and I have to stand behind him on this. I thank God for my technician every day. The aircraft "to our spec" was functional, test flown and delivered as contracted. We have an endless stream of positive reviews on ****** business. The truth is, it is positive word of mouth that keeps American Drones going. I cannot change my position on this situation and would request the customer not return to the store in the future.
