      DLO is a lab that runs tests on samples/specimens sent to them by clinics. I was seen by a women's hearth clinic who ordered labs from DLO back in April 2022. DLO charged my primary insurance company that they have on file, instead of filing the secondary insurance company with which I am fully covered, they send me the bill. They have billed me at least SIX times, and each time I have sent them EXACTLY what they need to bill my other insurance (The VA). Yet, they continue to send me the bill. On my bill, it even says that the most recent bill was sent to ******* East. They need to send it to the VA, not ******** When I call them, they say, "Well, we have all the information, I don't know why it's not billing the secondary." When I call the VA, they confirm they have not seen a claim filed by DLO for the service date. It's extremely frustrating. I've been dealing with this for 8 months. I received yet another bill from DLO in the mail again today. I need them to bill the correct insurance company so we can get this resolved.
