    I completed a work order online at 7:30 AM. I received a phone call at 8:15 telling me a technician would be out probably this afternoon but they would try for the AM. I received a text at 9:15 telling me about the technician, his history, his personal life, etc And that he was on his way. Will got to my home at approximately 9:30. He was very professional and explained everything. He checked the meter as well as the site where the water enters the home.It was a minor toilet problem. Of course I felt like an idiot! **** did not act like it was a waste of his time. As a single woman homeowner, it is sometimes difficult to not feel like youre getting the wrong end of the deal.I highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them in the future with any home problems I have.
