    DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! My truck had a starter issue and due to the start/stop technology it had to be towed to *** Moore CJDR. **** ****** tried to tell me that my engine had seized and that it was going to be $13,000.00 for a new engine. I knew that was not the case, so I paid another tow truck fee to take my truck to ***** ******* who diagnosed the failed starter in 15 minutes, confirmed that my engine WAS NOT seized up and that they could move it by hand. ***** ******* replaced the starter in 24 hours for $600 and my truck runs perfect again! When I contacted **** ****** the service manager to discuss them trying to rip me off for $13k and asked for them to pay the tow truck free of $290 that I paid to tow from their lot to ***** ******* to get proper service.... He defended his tech, tried to spin the situation and told me that I was ripped off by the *****************. The ***************** was there in 15 minutes when I called and provided excellent service... if they did charge me $100 too much it was well worth it to get my truck the **** away from *** Moore CJDR! I will pay $100 too much, so that I don't get taken for $13,000.00 any day and every day!!! Do not trust **** ****** or **** ******!! My truck will never go to *** Moore CJDR again!
