They do not offer refunds for classes or costumes paid for. Any student that drops a class must inform the from desk prior to classes unattended, in order to ensure that the client is not charged for those classes. Exchanges may be offered under special circumstances, but must be discussed and agreed upon with front desk management and owner.
Tuition for the month is due before the 10th of every month. After the 10th, a $10 late fee is added to the tuition balance. If this balance is not taken care of by the last day of the month, the child will not be allowed to attend class until the balance is paid for in-full.
Costumes purchased will be received, even if the child drops classes before end of the year recital. Costume fees are due before set due-date. After due-date, a $20 late fee is added to each costume. Costumes will not be ordered until these costume fees are paid for in-full. Costumes are not guaranteed to arrive on time for scheduled studio events, i.e. picture day and recital, unless they are paid for in-full by the due-date.
