    Ordered from *** but shipped from *********. Got four vapes and two were terrible. No flavour and no smell. Requested replacements and was denied. They dont care and take no responsibility. This place should be shut down. If they take peoples money, they should be accountable. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

    I bought a box of 10 Hyde vapes. It took a couple weeks to arrive. But the problem is that the first 2 I opened do not work. But because I had them for a couple of weeks before using them they dont want to credit me at all. Not even for the 8 I didnt open. I have been a loyal customer for 4 years, buying in bulk. They dont care. They said I had to test them in the first week. I guess Im supposed to open 10 vapes at once to test that they are not faulty. Having not had an issue in the 4 years prior I didnt think I had to do that. I have dealt with their extremely long ship times because i do buy in bulk but I will no longer buy from them since they have zero loyalty or care for good customers. They also obviously do not care after seeing all of these bad reviews.

    I bought a sealed box of ten, none worked, all defective. This was the last straw. I was a regular customer but the amount of defectives vapes I receive from them is ridiculous. Terrible customer service. You have lost a good customer, however the company *** who sees this probably won't care. I just hope someone else will see this and look elsewhere for vapes.

    Horrible shipping. Juice was bad by the time it got to me. Requested refund and to return items. My request was rejected. Horrible customer service and business practices.

    Ordered May 5th. It's the 20th. Still no product with explanations regarding their shipping methods due to state legality. Who cares. It's a 1 day ship and we're at 15 with nothing. Will not use again. A company does have exclusive control over the shipping courier that they use to deliver their products. Your issue regarding the legal restraints imposed on vaping products is just that "your issue" and it should not be passed to your customers. It's a bad business practice to just assume that you've done your job as a company and blame everything on your chosen shipping carrier. That's a ******** Pilate approach of washing your hands. Not acceptable! The only way as a customer to deal with it is to dent your already horrible online reputation by leaving reviews such as this. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They may have great employees and good local service to their community but their online presence and management of their chosen courier is beyond egregious. They blame the very method they chose to deliver their products in a scapegoat methodology as if customers will be dumb enough to accept it as a response to delayed receipt of orders. You chose your shipping partner, it's your company, and that's why you get the hit!

    Terrible business, they send automated emails and refuse to give refunds. I’ve been waiting over a month so I shopped elsewhere still haven’t gotten any product from perfect vape and they refuse to give me a refund

    Totally horrible experience with them. Ordered my vapes, first of all the items were shipped literally days after purchase instead of sending them when they were purchased. Second of all, their shipping carrier is pure garbage. You pay shipping fees for that garbage and then good luck receiving it. In my case its several weeks as the items are in transit as if I ordered them from Mars. Ive read som reviews where people were awaiting for months for their delivery. Thus, its pure garbage that is not worth spending a ***** onBuyers please be aware, this is a complete scam!
