    I have always received the products I have ordered with the exception of a few vapes that had the wrong flavor... ************** are very disappointing. Shipping costs $10 regardless of order size which is nice when buying in bulk but usually taking close to 2 weeks to be delivered. I've never dealt with customer service but I have only heard bad things.

    This company is a scam. I placed an order, was charged, got a notification it was shipped, then some days went by, I still didn't receive the item. So I emailed them. All of a sudden they want age verification. Nothing, absolutely nothing about that when I checked out. They want a picture of me holding my license. No way. Something extremely fishy there. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I emailed them to just refund me and they just keep sending the same email. I disputed it with my credit card company and was reimbursed.

    I placed an order on August 20 for a mod and some coils. Got an email that it shipped on August 21. 2 days go by and tracking still says shipping label created. So I contact PV and the next day they reply about how they have to freight the orders to ********* and it takes some time for them to process over there. That night I get a notification from **** (because I signed up for text messages whenever a package is coming my way) that the package was scanned in at the post office in ********* and it was expected to be in my possession by Monday, August 28. Fast forward to Monday and all tracking says is in transit to next facility. So I give it until Wednesday because we all know that **** can be slow at times. No change Wednesday, other than tracking says in transit, arriving late. I did a missing package search with **** on August 30. I didn't hear anything from **** until September 1 when my postmaster called me to let me know that they can't locate my package. In other words, it's lost. She told me to get in touch with the sender, so they can file a claim with **** and to have them resend my order. I emailed PV as soon as I hung up with the postmaster and have had no response. I am not asking for a refund. I just want the stuff I paid for.

    I have been a customer for well over a year and have never had any issues till recently. I placed my order on July 27th and the money was taken from my account on July 28th. I usually received my order in 4 business days after they received the money. I waited till August 7th and contacted customer service and was told it shipped on the 4th yet I had received no tracking information. They sent me a tracking number that only shows a label was created August 4th at 9:45 PM and told me that **** does not scan packages in timely. I called **** the and they verified that they have received notice of the label but no package. I asked about packages being scanned in and was told packages are scanned in at the time they are received by ****. I contacted Perfect Vape again and was told that they are experiencing shipping delays and they will get me my product as soon as they can. So now I can see I am obviously being lied to. I contacted them again and was told I would have to wait till Friday Aug 18th and then they would see what they could do. I have asked them to overnight my product, no response, I have asked for a refund no response. I dont like to leave poor reviews and I typically dont but when customers are being given the run around like this, it really leaves us with no other choice. Next step is to file an actual claim with BBB, Consumer Affairs and to dispute the charge with my bank.

    Customer for over 24 months, up until recently no real issues. Last 3 orders had leaking issues while still in pkgs, sad thing is it was a sealed pkg and the fluid was a rust color. Sent pictures and description. They helped out on one bad order, well next 2 with same issue they asked me to open this pkg and do a video smoking this obviously bad vape. I was amazed they'd risk a customers well being instead of a replacement or refund. My last order 1 good 1 bad and a CSR claiming to be in charge was pure ignorant instead of trusting a long term paying customer. When I started with them they spoke to customers,they changed to email and have distanced themselves from any responsibilities. I want a refund or replacement.*************************

    When I ask a question in an email and her response was in bold letters saying AS I ALREADY STATED IN ANOTHER EMAIL TO YOU WE HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH **** NOT TRACKING THERE PACKAGES this is just plain rude!!!!!Remember customers pay for there orders they need to know when and where there packages will arrive, its not our fault that your company doesnt take responsibility for the **** not scanning there packages. When you answer customers questions you better **** well be polite or get out of customer service!!! Will not be purchasing from this place again!!! They need to treat there customers with respect!!!

    I have reviewed the emails exchanges with the customer. We had provided the same answer to the customer 3 times and the customer was seemingly confused so the representative had bolded the repeated answer to emphasize the importance of the answer.

    Wish I could give zero stars. I should have known this place is a rip off. Placed an order for $160. After an entire week I never received an email stating my order was shipped. **************** stated if I don't receive a shipped email by the following Monday then I can contact them (again). I emailed back and asked if they could just give me an update if not then I would cancel. 15 minutes later my order was canceled. Stating that money would take up to 10 days to get back to me. So two weeks out of $160. Poor customer service and very poor communication.

You then asked for a cancellation and refund in which we processed an hour later. The **** business days is referring to your bank's period of accepting a refund and posting it to your account.
