    I ordered 109.45 worth of vapes that I never received. I contacted perfect vape through e-mail and their customer service was none existing. They informed me that my package was delivered on May 5,2023 which was not the case. I ordered the vapes 04/30/2023. I was waiting and looking for the package daily. Finally on May 17th I got in contact with pv and asked for a refund. They refused and was very rude. They simply didn't care they got my payment and the rest was up to me. They gave me advice on how to search for what I brought from them. I said I don't wish to search for my package I believe it was their responsibility to figure this out. It had been way to long and at that point and the lack of concern on their part i was wanted my money back. They refused. So I'm looking into legal matters. I don't have 109.45 just to do away with. Worst Customer service I've ever experienced. Don't waste your time on money. They will dismiss you after receiving your money.

    I reviewed your email exchanges with one our representatives and it appears you had sent multiple emails in 1 day but had also responded to the email chain we were contacting you from. We provided you your **** tracking details but you sent ** screenshots of a *** tracking which is why we believe you may be confusing 2 different tracking details. Your **** tracking details states it was delivered to the address you provided ** on your order. We verified this with our **** representative as well. From here, you will have to make a claim with **** and your local Police for a lost or stolen package.

    This business is a joke they sent me the wrong vape juthey do not have a phone number that you can call with a problem you have to email. Them and they do not respond back to you so you're stuck with the wrong juice and you just keep emailing them with no response back. I will never buy from them again. They are the worst people. Buy local do not buy from this website.

    These People Are Scammers. When you want to be refunded your order they will cancel it and hold your money without refunding you this issue needs to be fixed immediately I offered to send a picture of my id and nobody replies they just ignore your email.Now the options im willing to take is store credit or for the order that was cancelled to be fulfilled and delivered after my id is confirmed.Order #*******

    This person did not cooperate in the age verification by providing a verified Government ID that matches their account's information. We stated to them that if they cannot provide this, we will not refund their order in order to deter any attempted underage purchases.

    These guys are scum! I was a recurring customer until I ran into an issue with my order. I would buy 2 packs of pods to save on shipping costs. One time I opened the second pack and every single pod was defective. I reached out to them and they said they cant do anything because it was way outside the warranty period. So if you guys buy from here, make sure you only buy one pack at a time or youll be hit with the same line! So much for trying to be economical/environmental and save on shipping costs!SCUM!

    I'm also not sure what the negative reviews are about. I have ordered once so far, and just made my second order. They take a while to process the order and ship it out, but for the price, I don't care. I've received everything from my first order, and expect the same for the second. Lots of friends and family of mine use this website as well and have not had any issues. I save so much money ordering my vapes on here.
