On 8-06-24 I dropped off a load of aluminum weighing an even ***** lbs.at Als metal recycling in OKC at which I was told it was clean aluminum by the yard hands and was paid a total of $550 for that load. I immediately went and picked up another load of the exact same material but was told this time that it was breakage which only paid a fraction of what the first load paid even though it was the same stuff. I was told I needed to return $400 because they paid too much for the material. Ill admit I was disappointed and did attempt to bargain with the cashier and he was pretty cool about it and said I should talk to the owner who was sitting to his left behind a partition. By this time I had already returned the money but was hoping maybe they could help me out a little considering it was their mistake and it was literally 1 ton of aluminum when added to the second load. Ive been a long time customer that had a great working relationship with the whole staff. She (*************************) was extremely rude for no real reason and threatened to take the money out of the employees paycheck if I wanted the money so bad. Ill admit I did raise my voice at one point but used no fowl language and of course made no threats of any kind. She told me to f*** off just because I directed my attention away from her and back to the cashier which just killed her ego. Keep in mind I already gave the money back which I was under no obligation to do. She is saying horrible things about me on social media. *** never met this lady before and never want to again. They have extensive security cameras. She can never back up her claims. Not even possible. I would love to see this transaction on video for sure. All youll see is a grown lady get her little feelings hurt because I blew her off instead of letting her get to me lol.

This is becoming a very scary situation as ************** cannot seem to move on.  This person has now been stalking & posting about me on social media for weeks and has shown up at my place of business the day after this incident that caused him to be banned with a camera clipped onto the bill of his hat trying to make trouble with my staff.  If the customer was truly upset over the transaction then there would have been no reason for him to continue to try to sell is items here as there are a dozen other places in the metro that he can choose.  I have a statement from the customer that happened to be stuck in the lobby while all this went down as well as the cashier stating that ************** not only threatened me in person but also called back later that day attempting to bait us and threatening me yet again.  As with any issues that arise, we tried to come to a resolution giving the customer many options including taking back his materials so that he could take them elsewhere to sell but unfortunately in this case after lots of trying by the cashier and then by me, the customer just kept getting more upset, louder and more angry that he was not getting the answer he wanted. ************** has tried but been unsuccessful with trying to contact me in person after the initial incident and is now trying to continue to attack from any and all possible angles relentlessly.   At this point I fear for my personal safety as he has become obsessed with getting revenge against me personally.  I have been in contact with and was advised by the ***** to apply for a protective order against ************** which I am prepared to move forward with if there is any contact attempted by him again in any format, digitally or physically.  Reading through his "complaint" it's very clear to see his obsession with me and why this should and will be taken very seriously.
