The owner ************************* is very unprofessional. She told me to f*** off because of a misunderstanding on a payout that her staff made a mistake on. Made me return $400 or she threatened to take it out of the staff members paycheck. She cussed me out AFTER I paid it back. I wasnt belligerent to her. Ive been coming here for a long time. I have a good working relationship with all the yard hands and the payout guy. She needs to understand that not all scrappers are drug addicts. Some of us are very professional and deserve to be treated better.

This is a blatant fabrication.  This customer not only tried to "pull one over" on my staff by knowingly selling materials improperly as a higher paying commodity than it should have been but then went on to make a scene and threaten a staff member in our lobby in front of customers.  When he was approached about this by the cashier he was very upset and would not accept the answer he was given and was even more upset that we took the amount he was overpaid out of his next load to compensate his error earlier that morning(the customer did not off nor was he willingly pay back the overpayment).  At this time the cashier called in a manager to help with the situation with the customer however he did not want to hear nor accept the managers explanation either.  The customer then began rolling his eyes, shaking his head angrily and refused to even look at or respond to the manager and would only direct his answers towards the male cashier.  I informed him that if he would like to take his materials back with him we would fully refund him, but we would not be able to purchase materials for a higher paying commodity than they actually are for obvious reasons.  The customer refused and continued to argue and raise his voice complaining that this was "bullshit" and it was my staff's fault and not his so he should not have to do anything.  He was told several times his options and continued to argue and get louder, at this time he was told that he was no longer welcome here.  He yelled and cussed the whole way out the door, turned around 30 seconds later to come back in front of people and threatened me, *****, a woman before walking back out and driving off like a madman in our parking lot.  More than 1 witnessed this including a staff member and the customer that was in line directly behind him that was taken back by the way that this person had reacted.  We have wonderful clients and no matter their background or current situation they are all treated with the same kindness and I don't appreciate you calling any of our clients "drug addicts".  At this point this is borderline stalking, after all this the customer then called back asking for my personal information and told me that I was being recorded so that I could be put on the internet...this is getting close to me needing to contact attorneys and the police if this customer contacts me or my company or shows up to further harass and try to intimidate myself or any of my staff we will take legal action to help keep myself and my staff safe.
