    On September 6th I moved from ***** Lake Estates to a different location. I had already paid rent for the month. And Im supposed to be refunded the over payment. I have been told over and over that my refund will be here Monday. Only it hasnt.

    ***************** was not a resident at Meadowlake Estates located at ******************************************************************. She was actually a resident at a sister facility, Meadowlake Estates Assisted Living located at ************************************************************. These are two different entities legally speaking as well as physcially. The resident presented at that facility and picked ** a refund check in the amount of $2,475.00. When she discharged she asked that the refund be sent to the facility not a forwarding address. It was also explained to her at the time that the refund would be available for pick ** in 4-6 weeks and she would be notified when it was ready. She discharged on 09/08/2023. She picked up the check on or about 10/20/2023. That is known to be within the timeframe stated to the resident upon discharge as well as our standard practice. No other issues or concerns have been notated at this time. Cleared check attached.
