    We ordered a **** of **** from this company on Jan 27, 2023. Paid ****** for wood, ****************** Upon retrieving some wood to bring in our house I noticed huge black ********* ants on many pieces of the wood. I read about this & it said its due to being old wood that got wet so the ants live in these pieces. When you order wood from a company its usually seasoned dry wood,hence so it can burn. I texted the same nmbr that I called to order the wood asking someone to contact me regarding the ant infested wood. I asked them to come get *********** my money. I rcv text back word for word ("Look lady Im the delivery person thats it. I told them I cant help they didnt get back with you plus its wood ants do that anyways. Im sorry burn them out idk. I only deliver thats it"). I replied "can you give me their phone number please?". Reply was "its in the copy of invoice plus whoever you called to order it in the first place Im sorry I cant help more". My reply "this was the number I called to order it. Reply "no maam I dont take orders call the number on your invoice thank you good nite". My reply "I dont have the invoice anymore". phone # was finally provided. I called this number and left a detailed vm with same info as above. I never rcvd a call back. I pulled up this company on FB to find mixed reviews. Some good some very bad. This company even told one lady she was mentally ill. I didnt f/u with this them for fear of retaliation. I did text back the deliver # said "I called them but I dont appreciate your rude attitude! Do better you are representing a business" No reply or call to this day. My ******** tried to shake out all the ants & the pieces that were to infested we burned outside. Everything I have read about these ants in wood is not good & says DONT BRING IN YOUR HOUSE. I would still like my money back. We are using the good pieces in the house just bc it cost ****** so we arent wasting it. We check every single piece before we bring it into the house.
