    Nit picking inspection. Zero consideration for the age of the home. No consideration for the seller at all! Inspection overall was not fair or just.

    Thank you for the review! I don't have any idea which house it is that you are referring to however, as a home inspector I am being hired by the buyer to perform my scope of work. I apologize that my detailed report has offended you concerning the defects that were found or "nit picked" throughout your home. It is my job to provide my clients with as much detail in order to help them make the right financial decision for themselves. Many people are not skilled in the areas of maintenance and home repair and I endeavor to include every detail I can in order to show them the projects and repairs they *** face after purchasing the home.

    Regarding your comment about the age of your home, I can assure you that part of the discussion I have with my clients is about the age of the home and for them to also take that into consideration when they are reviewing the final report. If you have a copy of my report, I encourage you to use that as a guide to assist you in making repairs that *** help you with any future opportunities from prospective buyers. I'm always available for a phone conversation if we need to discuss this further. Thank you.
